this song has meant a lot to me over the years. i played this song so much i feel like i could play it in my sleep haha. this was the first song i ever performed in front of people and the song that always makes me feel so nostalgic. and she played it as the surprise song when i saw her on the 1989 tour :)
taylor has performed this song acoustically countless times, and today i’m going to teach it as close to her live version as i can. i actually learned how to play it by just watching videos of her playing it haha.
