I would say watch the Jimmy Fallon one because all the members perform. Yoongi was out for the MAMA performance because of his shoulder. I know you already reacted to the Carpool Karaoke, but you should go back and watch it again now that you’ve heard the whole song, because JK sings that part.

@@CodyMcManus They shut down Grand central from 2 to 4 am so they only had a few hours to film it and they did it in 3 or 4 takes. Just look at the clock in the back. It starts at 3:26 and then at Suga's part it's at 3:07. From pictures I saw I think they started filming at maybe around 2:45 and used the second and last take. So that means Suga's part should be the second take. They did this in maybe 45 minutes. These guys and their entire crew are amazing.

Once you get deeper into BTS’s discography you will realise that Jimin, Jungkook, Jin and V can all hit incredibly high notes. All 4 of them have the most. insane range. Wait till you hear V’s “stigma” 🤯

Do you remember JK hitting these notes live while sitting down in Carpool Karaoke ?? Now that you've heard the whole song , try listening to that part again where he was sitting down and killing these high parts . He truly can sing anywhere and everywhere .Actually you haven't seen JK's full potential and range yet . He is insane ! He did a livestream a few days back where he sang Leave the door open , Peaches , Stay , Hold on and many more songs for the ARMY . This dude is always singing . Our Main Vocalist indeed !! Jungkook’s insane high notes in the bridge was the highlight of the whole song. he went from lower notes to higher notes effortlessly and perfectly. He’s a versatile and amazing singer, the main vocalist for a infinite reason with a unique and attractive vocal’s range. he is also the center of bts for a reason, he’s an amazing dancer and king of dance-break. his stage presence charisma and aura is unmatchable .
Jungkook's bridge and adlibs in On is the highlights for me, it gives me goosebumps every time i hear it. Ida S has made some amazing videos of Jungkook, would love to see your reaction to those.
It is flawless live. And Jk. Flawless solo vocal.
They went through another really hard time in early 2018 due to the tremendous pressures from suddenly blowing up worldwide.They were afraid of the falls they could face. Also in a blink of an eye they became their nation's representatives amd pride, every word and action of them broadcasted and exaggerated. That's why all of them were really exhausted, depressed and seriously considered disbanding.
Thankfully they decided not to for their fans (You can see them confessing this while crying so bitterly at the acceptance speech of MAMA2018).
This song, ON, sings of their fears, pains and resolution to overcome them in their own way.
It's so cool and painful at the same time to see them singing "Bring the Pain On"..

Jungkook is the main vocalist for a reason. Very stable live, does adlibs and runs just like how it sounds on the record, outstanding breath control, and seamless transition between chest to head voice. Perfecto 👌🏽.

A big Media Rolling Stone India highlighted Jungkook’s bridge in ON they wrote “While the vocalists and rappers show off their diverse pitches and wordplay, it’s Jungkook’s bridge with notes impossibly high that cement this as one of BTS most outstanding performances.” also his dance parts? fantastic. especially for his dance-break part, it always makes me so exited. He keep taking my breath away everytime i’m watching this or listening to his high note part. THIS MAN IS GODLY TALENTED AT EVERYTHING ✨ He is the one who deserves the world and his position as the one and only main vocalist and center and lead dancer

@@CodyMcManus It was around the 7:00 mark, but of course, although Carpool is made up of non-full performances, I would recommend to watch the whole video because the positive energy BTS gives is out of this world 😭
Jimin’s dance performance and vocals really blows me away. Once he starts singing, I’m captivated. His aura is insanely powerful and just look at those moves ! He is king of kpop for a reason. everything about him is just so authentic and uniquely his. Amazing talented man.

I reccomend that you watch their performance on jimmy fallon because all members are present there (before suga had his surgery) and if you want to hear a much more raw vocals from jk i reccomend watching he carpool karaoke with james corden also JK is the main vocalist by Ida S, Jungkook doesn't know autotune, etc.....I really appreaciate your reactions :)))

You should look into the behind the scenes on this specific ON video because the components in the making of this song and video is huge - other than the marching band sounds, there is also the church choir involved in the background vocals. This in itself is phenomenal. 💜

One of my favorite BTS performances is their performance at the 2020 MMA awards . It's sad that Suga couldn't be a part of it because of his shoulder surgery. They performed Black Swan Perf , On , Life Goes On, and Dynamite and it was so lit . The black swan performance was great and they added a dance break in Dynamite too. I would like to see you react to that performance and I always look forward to your new BTS reactions Cody .
The actual music video to this is insane. It has so much substance to it... the meanings behind it, the hidden easter eggs in it.. just unreal.. to me the actual music video shows several biblical references as well symbolism, maybe references to movies for particular reasons.. I've heard a few theories. Bts are just unreal when it comes to trying to get their messages out to the world, and letting their voices be heard (shout out to Bts song Whalien 52). Anyway, hope you get to check out the actual video. As well as more of their other music, love seeing Bts fans! 💜💜💜

Great reaction Cody!! Some trivia about the MV: it was shot at the Sepulveda Dam, located in LA and it was done in one continuous take. If you look closely you can see the members hiding behind the dancers before their individual moments. The first girl you see in the lineup at the beginning is also the choreographer. Her name is Sienna Lalau and she was 19 years old at the time. She also did the choreo for Dionysus. Also, Jin can actually hit the highest notes in the group. I've heard he has the greatest vocal range of all the members while JK has the greatest vocal stability. All of the vocal line including Tae can sing much higher then on average. I think this MV shows so well how much better South Koreans film these things. Their camera operators are amazing. On a personal note, JHope's solo in this always gives me goose bumps. BTS has said they consider this their hardest choreo thus far. The Grand Central Station performance is AMAZING.

There is a reason why Jungkook is the main vocalist of BTS. He is such a versatile artist. You should definitely check out more Jungkook solo songs like Euphoria. You get to see his vocal range. And I also recommend watching “Jungkook Doesn’t Need Autotune” and “Jungkook the Main Vocalist of BTS” videos. You can get a better view of his range in those two videos. :) Loving your content and reactions!!

This is my favorite song and choreography and production. The first time I saw it was when they debuted it on the Jimmy Fallon show (February 25, 2020). They performed it at Grand Central Station in New York City. I was overwhelmed...an instant fan. I have watched BTS on UA-cam about every day since then!!! Just so you know when they film these performances...they do take after take! And each time they perform at "full throttle". Whew!!! They are top professionals and stunningly precise with every step!!!! They are the best! Lots of trivia...the choreographer is in the opening shot...front line, center position, drumming, one of the performers. That is her dance troupe. The dance break was written by Suga. The marching band component is from UCLA. There is a video out there were they record the band along with the backup singers. They never performed it live for any audience. There are many taped versions out there with lots of unique clever choreography variants. But anyway, after it debuted...Covid broke out and their tour was cancelled. When they tour again, they want to do this song first for their Army. And hear a live response to it. A note...I think they are all still grieving the loss of their live performances. RM said he hated the long plane trips which was the worst thing about touring for him. He said today...I welcome any plane trip to any location. And I will never complain again. They are supposed to fly to appear at the United Nations again representing their country and President. I think they fly over in September. But not sure. It's scary to me because of the Covid variant that has taken over. I am sure their company will be highly watchfully over them!!!
ON and Mic Drop are the two songs I put top of my platlist- both very much fight songs give me tone of energy.

Jungkook can sing low, high, harmomy, adlibs, background, bread, butter, jelly etc. you name it. It’s just the arrangement that you often hear Jimin and Jin do high notes more
This was actually filmed in many segments. It was so hot, that during each break they would be drying their clothes with fans. Also, during the filming, V cuts his face on the zipper of his jacket when it flips up and hits him in the face while dancing.
I think Grand Central is awesome of course but the Melon and MAMA definitely have a totally different vibe which is cool to see how they can change this. Maybe good to watch both the Grand Central and either Melon or MAMA, or all three! :D I think with Melon or MAMA the feeling of the live voices is clearer.

This MV basically spotlights the spectacularly amazing choreography. With an awesome backdrop, filmed when BTS were in the US in LA. Pls react to ❤️CHOREOGRAPHY] BTS (방탄소년단) ‘ON’ Dance Practice. by BANGTANTV. Link in reply. It was filmed when BTS was in the US in LA around the time of the Grammy Awards where they attended NSD performed, in 2019. The choreographer and dancers was from the LA based the LAB Creative Art Studio (known for choreo for famous,well known artists), with the actual choreographer Sienna Lalaou, only age 18-19 at the time. She also was the choreographer for BTS song 'Dionysus'. Which also has amazing choreogrphy as well. Dionysus is another BTS song you need to react to. Both color coded English lyrics, & live performance.

The Jimmy Fallon Grand Central station live show of ON is so good! And they did it at like 2am so the station was empty. Jungkook also sings this in the car with James Corden. They haven’t performed it for a live audience yet as it came out right before covid. But they did do another performance at the 2020 MMA awards. You should just watch that whole show-its amazing (thought Suga couldn’t be in it because of a surgery). They do a instrumental version of Black Swan, ON, Life Goes On, Dynamite (with a very cool dance break).
you have already watched JK's high note in karaoke but since you hadnot heard the song before that show ,so you might have forgotten but yeah grand central is also good choice.
