Blitzvogel Mobius Well yeah I agree this is total BS there is no way a Harrier can pull so many Gs like that and kill so many Su-27s. Though real modern air combat can end up in dogfights as well.
@mr9396 Argentinians Fought aganist the Sea Harrier, it had an Air Intercept radar, and operated from a carrier on station, while the argentinians, flying from the mainland, arrived to the combat area with fuel for just a few seconds of combat. Had them had more fuel, Sea Harriers would have been in trouble.
One thing that it is kindof flawed about the first few seconds is that the Harrier is a Army plane, not military, so u really wouldnt find that on a navy carrier
@milltiaryman001 not really sometimes when you hit a plane like hawx the missiles that you use are weak with damage not all missiles takes one in depends on the armor of the plane and strength of the rocket
It's funny how that pilot in the beggining killed himself trying to lift off that way when he could just....err...i don't know, hover? I guess it's for the "drama"

taking off using the VTOL takes too long, you have to manouvre every jet to the center of the deck so it can jump up. with the catapult you can line up 5 jets and launch withing 3 minutes

Honestly recommend both HAWX 2 and Ace Combat 6 HAWX 2 is more realistic and feel a lot like a simulator. but Ace Combat 6 if you want epic dogfights and great campaign
Harrier takes off from a catapult because it's faster, more fuel efficiency, carry greater weapon loadout and less vulnerable when there is tons of enemy around (aka not being a stationary sitting duck for 30 seconds just to be cool when vertically take off). Now, what happened to logic?
This must be easy setting, such a shame they never took the game far enough numbers-wise. A few friends and a dozen foes at once is low-intensity however you cut it in however difficulty setting a person with a proper joystick plays at.

@tadanorm there is only one of the su 47 so its a prototype and yes the harrier was build for support but doesnt change that its very manouverable
@giantlabs they commonly landed VTOL though! unless they were landing at an airbase, but even then they use their nozzles to land.
And the best part: Harrier breaking the sonic barrier... LOL

@MegaA009 you have to buy the planes either from a add on pack or buy the planes other camo from the pilot records then the prize.
what i noticed is that only two of the exhaust ports is being used, eve though it uses all four.

with the amount of barrel rolls you just done on 1:43 he would probably take on negative g's and probably blackout well some them planes
