Am I the only one who’s over their trap sound? Where is TGDB from their very first album where it was just Jimmy Brown and Sweet the Kid? Their first few EPs were so good. Y’all remember when the first EP came out? It had actual RnB bops like body to body and “this moment”… but now it’s just over the top trap and every song is either hit or miss. I won’t lie… I do like some of their newer songs like Flight + 82 but everything after that I’ve just been paying dust. PLEASE please please do a strictly R&B album, not all of us wanna hear the trap. Some of us started supporting you when you were doing that slow sound that you do so well Edit: some of y'all are slow so go catch you up to speed, what I'm saying is where is THAT SOUND from the first EP when it was just Jimmy Brown and Sweet the Kid. I don't have ANYTHING against ROVV. He's very talented and fits the records very well. I just want them to do more RnB music that's all. Less trap.
tgdb isn’t tgdb without rovv. and honestly i think it’s unfair for you to be demanding a certain sound from them. they are allowed to explore whatever genres they like. also sweet literally just dropped an rnb single, so they are still releasing rnb hits… so idk what your talking about. you’re allowed to have your opinion and i understand that but you can’t be demanding a certain sound from them. they work so damn hard releasing music for us for someone to go and say this shit tgdb is 3 and that includes rovv. jimmy and sweet are still releasing rnb. did you listen to jimmys ep ‘love’? maybe you missed that idk

I get what you’re saying but like rovv is also with them and they’re trying to do new things so you shouldn’t be commenting smth negative when you know they can see it and take it wrong. @@heyitslos nobody said it wasn't TGDB without ROVV, I'm just noting the difference in sound and even noted that I was fine with Flight +82. As a fan, I'm allowed to voice my opinion and concerns lol. It's just my opinion. ROVV is nice, but we don't have to do all this. Experimenting is fine, but forgetting the RnB when RnB is what they're known for? I mean, that is what doesn't seem fair.
@@heyitslos Company is borderline not RnB with the Travis Scott impressions literally every 10 seconds. It most certainly isn't a hit and that's no shade I love sweet the kid but that song has little replay value
