08:13 This stamp and the other in the series did not have the extra simply for health care, but specifically for child health care. The extra went towards funding children's health camps. Such stamps were issued on an annual basis until a couple of years ago when it was decided that the issuing of stamps wasn't the most effective way of raising funds in the modern age. It's a great design.

Hi Smokey, happy to see you received my postcards. I'm touched by your reaction. As soon I saw the card at the Louvre giftshop I knew it was for you! Visiting the Louvre was a memorable experience. It's so large; after a four hour visit I only managed to see a small fraction of their collection. Hope you get to visit Paris sometime soon, take care😊
