Meine Schwester ist mit 30 Jahren beim Verkehrsunfall ums Leben gekommen. Mann will es nicht wahrhaben. Scheinbar war damals nicht die Bereitschaft da, die Tränen rauszulassen. Aber es ist sehr befreiend und notwendig. Das erkennt man scheinbar erst, nachdem man jahrelang den Schmerz mit sich herumschleppt. Danke!!!

I finally found out how to play this song it starts with the notes A then B then hit C A C A C A just like the very begging of the song goes then hit E E E E then B B B B B.... It depends on who you are. If you are usually sad or thinking a lot about sadness, you will hear this as a sad song. If you are relaxed and, happy, you will hear this as a happy/relaxing song.
I agree in meny ways I'm in pain from a break up now of 2 years ago and can't find a way to let the tears flow skilled playing like this helps thow I'm sad it's more of a release of pain not the pain it's self so it's sothing and relaxing thow the tears will not stop I welcome them this is beast I can say it

@@tsaesciruler9170 Man I know how it feels I lost my grandparents some years ago (like 3 or 4 years ago) it can be tough but it will get better with time, so just hang in there and it will be alright. Life has its reasons even though those reasons may be very obscure and seem like they are really unfair it will become clear with time. I would say they bring up your mind in this zone where you’re thinkiing about the choices you have made, about the miatakes you’ve made and after the thousands of tears come, bo matter whether for a cat, brother, father or a friend, you just feel a bit better, no matter how selfish this is, the main thing is you feel a bit better having spilled all those tears each representing a thought of yours, a feeling of yours, tears are amazing when they come from deep down, from your heart and soul, they have the power to cleanese you from whatever is holding you back.. Although i never managed to free myslef from my setbacks, i find tears comforting way of expressing everything you’ve built up inside of you and they tend to gove you this chance of retying and ending up in tears again and again until you actually manage to do the right thing and end all with a smile!! People! Get the right decision amd enjpy what you’ve build so far and keep buidling no matter that in the end we all end up in the ground. All that is to it is that you have a good time, maybe only 30% of one’s life will be about being happy, but enjoy them, you won’t get another life! Ich schließe meine Augen und höre einfach nur auf die Musik. Es ist ganz ruhig und ich spüre nur noch meinen Brustkorb der sich langsam hebt und senkt. Es ist an sich ein wunderschönes Gefühl. Diese Ruhe... diese Musik lässt mich über alles was in den letzen Tagen...Monaten und Jahren passiert ist nachdenken. Ich kann alles ganz in Ruhe überdenken. Kein Mensch der mich dabei Stören könnte, denn ich bin ganz allein. An sich ist es kein Problem. Ich bin diese Ruhe nur einfach nicht gewöhnt und werde mich wahrscheinlich niemals daran gewöhnen...naja es ist so wie es ist. Alles passiert aus einem bestimmten Grund. Man darf sich selbst nicht aufgeben. Es gibt so vielen Wunderschöne Momente die noch vor uns liegen. Wir müssen für jeden einzelnen Tag dankbar sein an dem wir leben können. Es ist keine Selbstverständlichkeit. Manchmal passiert etwas im Leben womit man vorher niemals gerechnet hätte. Ein Gefühl von Hilflosigkeit schleicht sich ein...und man selbst kann einfach nichts tun. Aber selbst wenn, sollte man immer auch an sich und seine Gesundheit denken. Wir sind Wertvoll auch wenn wir es manchmal vergessen oder andere Menschen es uns vergessen lassen. Genieße jeden Tag, jede Stunde, jede Minute und jede Sekunde. When I listen to this I remember my grandpa who was there my entire life so far until he passed at the age of 87 while at home sleeping🥺. His funeral came and I was heart broken because every time I saw him he opened my heart and pulled me into the happiest place in my heart, in his arms. 😢 My grandpa was the greatest thing that I ever had we went to amusement parks, movies, and parks together, I thought he would be there forever but sadly we all go at a random time no matter what we do, we all go one day

With help of this music i let it all out.. I was crying Alot... Alot.. Only crying on this entire music.. I can't stop it at all.. Then i realized that I am holding too much in there.. I should let it out some times.. Listen to these types of music is the only way for help me.. I am one person that didn't have any friends that true and only belongs to me.. That I can depend on, talk on anytime, to listen to me, that I can cry out loudly in their shoulder, or even give me some positive vibes when I need it.. It's so painful that I don't have friend like that.. Only loneliness is my forever best friend.. That always with me.. No one will ever care or know if I am happy or not.. Is anyone feeling sad/down/facing major depression? I have something to say: I wish it was safer out there, life isn't fair, hang in there, half the people I hope on are fake or not trustworthy. I mean when I think about it my life isn't that unfortunate, at least compared to others, and I am sorry to those of you who lost others and are having a hard time just be strong fight on. It can be difficult, Never give up. I hope that was meaningful. I'm so sorry, you must feel alone and sad, Or whatever you're feeling. I don't want this to be another pity. Hang in there. Be strong, You can do it. If you're there, You can do it. Just try hard and you can do it. You can do it. It might take slamming your door and having those moments of feeling. You CAN do it. You can feel alone. You CAN DO IT. You are you. you are you. YOU can do it. You can. I am ten years old. I know what it's like to lose someone and feel stress and pain or not know what you're feeling. Even if you don't read this, someone reply or just tell me someone's out there and they understand. I have never cried! I really cried like never before with this song. This is my story.. I prepared to take an exam, this exam would change my life and that of those around me, sacrifice a lot, time with my friends, sleepless nights, deprive me of fun activities, Everything was in my favor I knew I would make it. But everything turned 360 degrees overnight. All my dreams, my hopes my sacrifices went to waste basura when I learned that they had excluded me by my sight, my only option was to operate from sight to be able to successfully pass my exam, it was so hard, so difficult that by the way moment I saw myself fall I felt a huge sadness that just by hearing this melody tears flowed to me :(, all this sadness I suffered in silence and loneliness, because I did not want to be defeated, I could not believe that I was beating since I knew and I am a person who does not give up. But this situation was stronger than me because so much sacrifice I made and so many things that I lost at all. Now at this time I don't know where to get my strength from today I am already operating from the sight and will try again and I know that this time I will achieve it with faith in God. And every time I listen to this music reminds me of all my battles and how I can say today that I overcome it, it still hurts and when at first this song made me cry bitterly today I love it, it saddens me but it reminds me that there is always a plan in the hands of God and that I should not lose faith maybe this was a test of my faith and I feel happy because I know I will overcome it. Being afraid of what people will think of you, being scared that everyone is better than you. Fuck that. Make your own legacy. If it means that you will be different. Be different. Do NOT let anyone hold you back. What matters is what how YOU portray yourself IN YOUR OWN MIND. It doesn't matter what they think because they will never understand. Set your goals, do not be afraid to fail, do not be afraid to lose, do not be afraid to cry. I was held down my entire life because of fear. And I tell you now that everything will work out in the end, just believe in yourself. Believe that you WILL accomplish you goals. But most importantly...BELIEVE in YOURSELF! Because you can do it, you can reach your goals. Yes you will stumble, you will falter, you will cry, you will lose. But do not be afraid to get back up, and try again. I can say truthfully. That crying is the most important part about a stable mental. Even if you are embarrassed and you NEEED to cry. Because crying is one of the only ways to relieve yourself of negative emotions. For years i didn’t cry, i didnt want to bother anyone with my emotions, and felt disappointed in myself if i went to cry. I thought i was being strong. For years this went on, i bottled up my emotions. And had to fake my happiness as i didn’t feel i deserved happiness. I felt trapped in a black cloud. I was 13 when i first self harmed properly, I was starting to have suicidal thoughts at the time. The only reason i survived was because of my younger sister, i couldn’t leave her. My self harm moved from small cuts on my wrist to deep cuts on my legs. It was my only way to release my emotions. Self harm for me, was powerful, it made me feel stronger, and allowed me to feel happiness. I told a group of people at 14 who, all said they were depressed, about my self harm. And even showed them, it was a huge step. And i still know those people today, we were all going though different issues but collectively it helped to share. Self Harm is a lonely thing, it makes you ashamed of your self. I remember telling myself that i needed this. i thought i failed at life. I haven’t told my family about my self harm although one of my siblings know about it she hasn’t said anything. My mum thinks that self harm is for attention, and looks down upon any form of self hatred. I am now 1 month clean after years of self harm, and can tell you how much crying is important. Music is a language that can't be spoken. it hasnt a straight value, its various. and it can do what nothing else can do. It describes the world with your eyes, even if you don't want it to. Music is the only thing that really connect's people. And uts the only language that you dont have to learn to understand it, as long as you listen to it with your heart instead of your ears
Leah... I haven’t said or spelled that name in 13 years... I don’t remember her much. I was only 9 when the accident happened. I’m going to be 23 soon... like I said i don’t remember much... but what I remember were the first words that my Dad told me at the hospital, as I see him walking towards me and my brother, tears in his eyes.. came up to us, said “Leah died” everything I felt crashing around me, we got to the room that she was in, I e see my Mom holding Leah’s hand. The day that she was buried, I stayed in the car. I couldn’t do it I couldn’t get myself to say those dreadful words. My brother came in the car. We were crying. He got me to say goodbye to Leah... after that anger took over my life all the way up to the age of 17. I was very unhappy, hated a lot of things and people. And then I almost died from sickness. God spared me. And now I’m here, I’m mostly happy, I have my down days. I needed to share this story. To let anybody know that it does get better, it just takes time just like any wound. May God bless your days and help you in your journey.

@@tsaesciruler9170 Man I know how it feels I lost my grandparents some years ago (like 3 or 4 years ago) it can be tough but it will get better with time, so just hang in there and it will be alright. Life has its reasons even though those reasons may be very obscure and seem like they are really unfair it will become clear with time. But who knows maybe it wont maybe it will you just have to keep going keep living the good fight. I hope this made you feel better but if not Good luck.

I would say they bring up your mind in this zone where you’re thinkiing about the choices you have made, about the miatakes you’ve made and after the thousands of tears come, bo matter whether for a cat, brother, father or a friend, you just feel a bit better, no matter how selfish this is, the main thing is you feel a bit better having spilled all those tears each representing a thought of yours, a feeling of yours, tears are amazing when they come from deep down, from your heart and soul, they have the power to cleanese you from whatever is holding you back.. Although i never managed to free myslef from my setbacks, i find tears comforting way of expressing everything you’ve built up inside of you and they tend to gove you this chance of retying and ending up in tears again and again until you actually manage to do the right thing and end all with a smile!! People! Get the right decision amd enjpy what you’ve build so far and keep buidling no matter that in the end we all end up in the ground. All that is to it is that you have a good time, maybe only 30% of one’s life will be about being happy, but enjoy them, you won’t get another life! Love you froends and family, appriciate them, appriciate your place you call home, no matter if it is in the sky on a huge skyscraper or built out of boxes in the side alleay next to the pub, just appriciate life while you can, no matter how cold the weather is, no matter how cold people are, you have the power to enjoy what has been given to you by the power that some people call God, just ENJOY, because you dont get second chance at this!

Diese Ruhe... diese Musik lässt mich über alles was in den letzen Tagen...Monaten und Jahren passiert ist nachdenken. Ich kann alles ganz in Ruhe überdenken. Kein Mensch der mich dabei Stören könnte, denn ich bin ganz allein. An sich ist es kein Problem. Ich bin diese Ruhe nur einfach nicht gewöhnt und werde mich wahrscheinlich niemals daran gewöhnen...naja es ist so wie es ist. Alles passiert aus einem bestimmten Grund. Man darf sich selbst nicht aufgeben. Es gibt so vielen Wunderschöne Momente die noch vor uns liegen. Wir müssen für jeden einzelnen Tag dankbar sein an dem wir leben können. Es ist keine Selbstverständlichkeit. Manchmal passiert etwas im Leben womit man vorher niemals gerechnet hätte. Ein Gefühl von Hilflosigkeit schleicht sich ein...und man selbst kann einfach nichts tun. Aber selbst wenn, sollte man immer auch an sich und seine Gesundheit denken. Wir sind Wertvoll auch wenn wir es manchmal vergessen oder andere Menschen es uns vergessen lassen. Genieße jeden Tag, jede Stunde, jede Minute und jede Sekunde. When I listen to this I remember my grandpa who was there my entire life so far until he passed at the age of 87 while at home sleeping🥺. His funeral came and I was heart broken because every time I saw him he opened my heart and pulled me into the happiest place in my heart, in his arms. 😢 My grandpa was the greatest thing that I ever had we went to amusement parks, movies, and parks together, I thought he would be there forever but sadly we all go at a random time no matter what we do, we all go one day

With help of this music i let it all out.. I was crying Alot... Alot.. Only crying on this entire music.. I can't stop it at all.. Then i realized that I am holding too much in there.. I should let it out some times.. Listen to these types of music is the only way for help me.. I am one person that didn't have any friends that true and only belongs to me.. That I can depend on, talk on anytime, to listen to me, that I can cry out loudly in their shoulder, or even give me some positive vibes when I need it.. It's so painful that I don't have friend like that.. Only loneliness is my forever best friend.. That always with me.. No one will ever care or know if I am happy or not.. I am just a passing clouds for all.. That's y I also choose to be don't hoping so much with those.. Just try concentrate on other things.. And here.. Music are definitely our soulmates.. I really cried like never before with this song. This is my story..
I prepared to take an exam, this exam would change my life and that of those around me, sacrifice a lot, time with my friends, sleepless nights, deprive me of fun activities, Everything was in my favor I knew I would make it. But everything turned 360 degrees overnight.
All my dreams, my hopes my sacrifices went to waste basura when I learned that they had excluded me by my sight, my only option was to operate from sight to be able to successfully pass my exam, it was so hard, so difficult that by the way moment I saw myself fall I felt a huge sadness that just by hearing this melody tears flowed to me :(, all this sadness I suffered in silence and loneliness, because I did not want to be defeated, I could not believe that I was beating since I knew and I am a person who does not give up.
But this situation was stronger than me because so much sacrifice I made and so many things that I lost at all.
Now at this time I don't know where to get my strength from today I am already operating from the sight and will try again and I know that this time I will achieve it with faith in God.
And every time I listen to this music reminds me of all my battles and how I can say today that I overcome it, it still hurts and when at first this song made me cry bitterly today I love it, it saddens me but it reminds me that there is always a plan in the hands of God and that I should not lose faith maybe this was a test of my faith and I feel happy because I know I will overcome it.
A message NEVER GIVE UP! there will always be light in the dark.

And what is the meaning of life?
I can say truthfully. That crying is the most important part about a stable mental. Even if you are embarrassed and you NEEED to cry. Because crying is one of the only ways to relieve yourself of negative emotions. For years i didn’t cry, i didnt want to bother anyone with my emotions, and felt disappointed in myself if i went to cry. I thought i was being strong. For years this went on, i bottled up my emotions. And had to fake my happiness as i didn’t feel i deserved happiness. I felt trapped in a black cloud. I was 13 when i first self harmed properly, I was starting to have suicidal thoughts at the time. The only reason i survived was because of my younger sister, i couldn’t leave her. My self harm moved from small cuts on my wrist to deep cuts on my legs. It was my only way to release my emotions. Self harm for me, was powerful, it made me feel stronger, and allowed me to feel happiness. I told a group of people at 14 who, all said they were depressed, about my self harm. And even showed them, it was a huge step. And i still know those people today, we were all going though different issues but collectively it helped to share. Self Harm is a lonely thing, it makes you ashamed of your self. I remember telling myself that i needed this. i thought i failed at life. I haven’t told my family about my self harm although one of my siblings know about it she hasn’t said anything. My mum thinks that self harm is for attention, and looks down upon any form of self hatred. I am now 1 month clean after years of self harm, and can tell you how much crying is important. Always, when I read serious books like "Crime and Punishment" and want to feel real emotion, I listen sad piano.
Leah... I haven’t said or spelled that name in 13 years... I don’t remember her much. I was only 9 when the accident happened. I’m going to be 23 soon... like I said i don’t remember much... but what I remember were the first words that my Dad told me at the hospital, as I see him walking towards me and my brother, tears in his eyes.. came up to us, said “Leah died” everything I felt crashing around me, we got to the room that she was in, I e see my Mom holding Leah’s hand. The day that she was buried, I stayed in the car. I couldn’t do it I couldn’t get myself to say those dreadful words. My brother came in the car. We were crying. He got me to say goodbye to Leah... after that anger took over my life all the way up to the age of 17. I was very unhappy, hated a lot of things and people. And then I almost died from sickness. God spared me. And now I’m here, I’m mostly happy, I have my down days. I needed to share this story. To let anybody know that it does get better, it just takes time just like any wound. May God bless your days and help you in your journey.
