    🏄 It was excellent to see the slow motion action on how to perform the Windsurfing Spock turns whilst also hearing a description about the same as they were being performed which makes it easier to understand, and also more appealing to attempt once you feel confident enough to do so.

    Superior presentation. Beautiful place.
    I can watch the stop action, slow-mo a thousand times.
    It is winter now so I am psyching for the Spring and Summer coming in 3 months.

    Hi Sam, greetings from Argentina, thank for your videos. I would like to ask you, which size of sail would be the biggest one you would recommend for a entry level freestyler. Goal is the Vulcan for start, upwind 360, slam gybe, front loop would be ideal. I have a 100 L freestyle board. The question is due to light wind conditions 12 - 16 knts. I´m thinking on a freemove sail to reach a big size of sail (Gator, Fusion, etc.)or maybe a wave sail? Thanks!

    Thanks Sam, excellent guide!
    A question: why do say, talking about the pop, to shift the weight from back to front foot? Should'n it be the opposite?
    Thanks!

    Can you tell me what kind of boards are suitable for this freestyle stuff?

    Hi, why do you have to pull your weight down the front arm and when?
    Thanks

    • @SamRossCoaching
      @SamRossCoaching  8 років тому +2

      +Bob Cooke it helps get the nose down and initiate the slide. It also pulls your weight forward over the mast foot and stops you being thrown in back wards. As soon as I pop I focus on pulling as hard down through the front hand as possible whilst throwing the head.

      +Sam Ross wait so you pull down after you've popped and like half way round?

    • @SamRossCoaching
      @SamRossCoaching  8 років тому +1

      it will feel like you do it as you pop. but yes slightly after and then continue to get your weight through the mast foot

      @SamRossCoaching  9 років тому

      Luis Abdel this was a 20 or 22 on here, don't go too small especially if the water is choppy
