I LOVE Eggnog. Eggnog season starts the day after Thanksgiving and runs through New Years, that's the only time eggnog should be consumed. Stewarts Eggnog is the best, get some next time you are in Saratoga. Loved the video.
Also, if you're in the southeast, the Publix brand nog is a fine stand in for Hood. A bit thicker, but better spice IMO. And bonus tip: Chobani Oat Nog is damn amazing in coffee.
Hood golden egg nog is my favorite!! Hearing you call out the less spices makes sense why it’s my favorite. Thankful for the comments section I’ll have track down some Stewart’s to try it. Merry Christmas all!
Im the rare indifferent. Bought the Evan Williams this year but haven't had any nog in a few years. Buddy makes and ages it. Ages very nicely for 2 years or so.
I was the Charleton location Monday and didn’t see a Treehouse eggnog on the menu. Maybe next year? I did see Lauren working hard helping an older woman to her car with her order. Great beer, great spirits, great customer service!
Awesome video! I’m love egg nog but it doesn’t love me. I had to switch to Lactaid egg nog which is decent and gets me through egg nog season. Great Christmas video. Keep’em coming!
I have been known to have a few Egg Nogs, and i guess all are pretty different. The one i remember the best is the AAFES (American Forces) brand we got in our food store in the Canadian Forces base Germany. Moose Milk was the traditional homemade version that was at most Christmas parties overseas, and definately was of the alcoholic variety. Loved the tasting, i would have to say i expect to find a more balanced mixture as it seems you like.
You need to get a quart of the regular and a quart of the light egg nog from Stewart's (now you have a spot in Saratoga you should know Stewart's) and then some good rum. 1/3 parts of each over ice.
Poor Garelick Farms. Voted off the island. They have a pumpkin spice eggnog this year I quite liked. And I have to admit I've always avoided the SoCo eggnog due to a bad experience I had with Southern Comfort in college, but I'll have to give them a try!
I would say "As white as Cousin Eddie's shoes" but that's just me!😁 Having said that, egg nog has never been something I seek out. maybe I should change that???
🤣🤣🤣 I was dying throughout this. Fun to see Nate in the loose fun holiday spirit!
Stewart's. Now that you're in New York state, you need to try theirs. It's glorious!!
Wish they brought Stewart’s to the Boston area
I had the ginger bread one, so good. My plan was to bring some home for my family but sadly for them I drank them all on my drive home.
This.
I came to say this, after the recent arrival in Saratoga, Stewart’s needs to be involved in the sample!!
My dad used to take eggnog and add bourbon, Myers rum and brandy. I don't know the proportions he used, but it was really good. Merry Christmas!
The Uncle Eddy outfit is the icing on the cake for this video, 10/10.
Yesssss
@@Zdsmith31 A comment for the public good: there's less than .72% of the population that spell Eddie with a 'y.' Please don't default to it.
@@treehousebrewco autocorrect turned cousin Eddie into uncle eddy, didn’t even notice!
Sample number one being reduced fat definitely played a part. And glad to see Hood and SoCo standing up well since they’re staples.
Egg nog and bourbon, yes with some nutmeg on top.If you are in Woodstock there is some delicious egg nog at the Farm to Table .

Great idea. If I have Eggnog I have to go with the 80/20 rule. 80% nog, 20% whole milk.
Yeah always so damn thicc
Love eggnog and this was hysterical! Keep up the good work and merry christmas!
Love egg nog! I make my own each summer (Alton Brown's recipe) and enjoy it for the entire season!

Nature’s Promise is breaking the laws of fluid dynamics 😂
Great, entertaining video. I don’t like egg nog but definitely entertaining. Love the outfit Nate lol
This was fun. Thanks THBC.
My family, we love eggnog. The minute we see it in the store, we buy it. I will try Southern Comfort.

Southern comfort !! In Alabama ❤
Back with the edit - Eggnog White Russian!!!! What a winner - 1.5 vodka, 1.5 kahlua, 1-2 store-bought eggnog = fantastic! Merry Christmas!
Good content!

If you ever make it down to VA, try Homestead Creamery eggnog. It's real good, but I doubt you can get it anywhere else.
I wish there was a way to get a quart of Anderson Erickson Egg Nog out to you. Being from the northern Midwest, this is hands down the best nog.

In the Deerfield area, it's worth getting local Madeline Farms egg nog.

My guy is suffering for our entertainment 😂
The Cousin Eddie look is great- do you have the green pants and white shoes too?!
i can’t believe it took so long for this comment!
I don’t have the Eddie attire, but I’ll likely be wearing crazy Xmas attire for my trip to Charlton tomorrow!
Hood Golden or bust 💯
Just make ur own. Insanely easy and better than the rest!
Can't wait for Bomb Cyclone!!! One of my favorites.
Love eggnog
you have to try Arethusa eggnog
Morning Nate.
Homemade or bust. Bourbon + Jamaican rum + cognac
Must've been recorded before Saratoga opened. Didn't mention Saratoga lol.
Gotta have Stewart’s Egg Nog.
I would say "As white as Cousin Eddie's shoes" but that's just me!😁 Having said that, egg nog has never been something I seek out. maybe I should change that???
Cooper’s Farm in Leicester is the best locally.
I’m a Hood guy when there’s no homemade Egg Nog available.
Add Myers’s rum
Pennsylvania Dutch Eggnog is better than all the rest my friend!!!
Wally World cup for the win
Fun video. I do like me some egg nog, but homemade blows any commercial nog ever made out of the water.
I wait all year for Eggnog Lattes at the local coffee shop. Otherwise I don't really drink Eggnog.
so much sliding shots lol. feels like i'm on a boat
Reindeer glass?! Come on Nate....
Turkey Hill egg nog
I haven't been able to have it, much less smell it in 20 years because of a night in college involving Wild Turkey 101. 🤮
It's a moose not a reindeer.
Sounds like God is helping you find the perfect nectar of the gods.
I hate eggnog, but I also strongly dislike most thick, creamy drinks.
Contoocook Creamery or Shaw farms are both available in NH stores and are great!!
Wawaaaaaa!!!!
Love the vid even though I think Nog is nasty AF
You can't open a Saratoga spot and not include a Stewarts egg nog. Cmon!
I gather these are alcohol-free. A waste of time. Don't stop at bourbon, You need rum and sherry as well.
a simple fix!
Grossssss
Tried it a few times and I cannot like it any less 🤮🤮
Eggnog is gross.
