DMC Devil May Cry at 60 fps - Xbox 360 (RGH 2023)

This is DMC Devil May Cry Reboot with unlocked framerate. As you can see, it runs at 60 fps on a real Xbox 360.

To get the unlocked framerate you have to (my version has Media ID: 21BEF7B):
1. You need a RGH modded Xbox 360 (actually, I haven't tried on a retail Xbox 360 with this game installed. Perhaps with software like Horizon it should be possibile insert the modded xex, but I don't suggest it because with unlocked framerate the GPU temperature rises)
2. Take the defaul.xex in your DMC folder on the xbox 360, copy and paste it in your PC to uncompress/decrypt it with xextool (follow my tutorial for the decrypting/uncompressing part, here • Xbox 360 - Tutorial: ... )
3. Open the decrypted/uncompressed file in HxD
4. Search for this location (CTRL+G):
5344B4 (825384b4 in absolute values) and change 39 60 00 02 to 39 60 00 00 (so, 02 to 00)
NOTE: if you don't find it, be sure you have selected "hexadecimal values" in the research window and you don't have a title updated (TU) game or another region game (ex. PAL/NTSC or Media ID). In that case try to search for these values:
39 60 00 02 48 00 00 08 39 60 00 01 81 5f 2f fc 55 6b 40 2e 80 9f 00 30 55 4a 4e 7e 81 3f 00 38 7d 4b 5b 78 7f 04 48 40 7d 7e eb 78
The values are in the beginning.
5. Save the file as you prefer (eg. DMC_60fps.xex)
6. Copy this file in your folder on the Xbox 360, then start it by file manager or rename in default.xex (after renamed the original one) to start it from the cover in your dashboard

@@xbox360forever3 I have done well and mastered that it can be compared to the PS4 version, although there are additions to increase the difficulty on the PS4

I found something really cool if you have the debug menu with the fps cap at 60 fps "39 60 00 01" or vsync off "39 60 00 00" turn off post processing in the debug menu and you can get 60 fps most of the time without tearing or go beyond 60 fps with tearing (i heard that asuras wrath and gears of war have an option to turn off post procesing it heavily affects how the game looks atleast for gears of war)
I have tested GOW turning off the post processing but it lowers the graphic a lot. I'm comparing the debug vsync off Batman Arkham Origins with my version to see which one is better.

@@xbox360forever3 hii i hope you been good lately i wanted to ask you something i dont know if you could say its 360 related but i need help with something so i tought maybe you could lend me a hand i think you told me you can see the values of things in real time with peek poker whenever something is change or appears on screen so i wanted help with something i think it might be kinda unique you know i manage to get a hold of a few alpha builds of Batman:origins and theres a completely different debug menu compared to the one i told you the thing is inside the debug menu of one of the early builds there is a way to turn off post procesing, stop lighting from cliping trough anything in xenia and the one that catch most of my atention wich is a option to change the way the game renders. you see in xenia on my xbox series and everyone who tries to play origins they meet whit a buggie and broken version of the game compared to playing it in a 360 but in the early builds if you chose:3D+AA the game changes the graphics dratically but at the same time fixes most of the textures from players models an enemys and few maps too so i wanted to see if you are willing to help me with peek poker to try and find the values for those 3 things whenever you are free

There are lots of debug mode games, I haven't tested them, yet.
Regarding your question, in Batman Origins I've tried to search for the differences in memory enabling and disabling the vsync, but I haven't found them. Actually, I searched from 82000000 to FFFFFF, so they could be above this value. I have to try.

I've tested several Tomb Raider, but only Tomb Raider Underworld has worked, so far.

In TR2013 and TR Anniversary I've found the usual function that controls the framerate but none of the values work. So, probably the framerate is controlled elsewhere. In TR legend I want to check new values and see what happens.

Hii i have play most of the games files you send me a few months back and oh lord they work amazing i honestly can't believe that not a lot of people know you yet, the most coolest one was asuras wrath at x16 , its there any way you can send me this one??? Pls
I forgot to say gears of war 1 didn't improve with the unlocked frame rate it actually atleast in the train section and others it goes arround 20 or lower

OK, thanks for the feedback. So, have you tried the xex called "(best)GOW60fps_0200_noMB.xex"? If so, I have to try something more I've learnt last months, hoping it works for the entire game. I'll let you know.
@@xbox360forever3 oh no not Asura, this one for DMC Devil May Cry , you already send me the asura one and a lot others a few months back in a zip and i was completely amazed at how well some of those games performed with the unlocked frame rate
