Its the alpha that makes this thing disgusting. If it did 390 per shot it would be strong but not op. T34 was in the past the top dog with pen and damage but this thing makes t34 look like a tier 7.
i agree with you, the alpha is simply too high for its reload time, this tank takes about 12 seconds for every 460 damage, the ballbreaker takes 14 for 440 with two loaders, like wtf man

Honestly they could just move this tank to tier 9 only changing the HP and maybe the pen and nothing else and it'd still be a good tier 9.

Luckily we have the tech tree equivalent,the tnh,with its enourmous alpha damage of 320 which can roll for 250 and do 500-600 a 22 second clip...
This tank cannot find the balance... just compare this with the tier VIII tech tree version of TNH 1000/TVP or how it is called and you'll understand that huge difference
just said "pay to win" don't be a shame, because that's the truth
you can even compare it with the tier 9 heavy .. which has still less clip damage, crazy in my opinion :D
Forget the tier 8, it's better than the tier 9!
i had a very different experience in my skoda, it never hits anything, to the point i just dont play it anymore, it was a waste of time loading into a battle, and wiffing 60% of my shots all the time, i think i'm not the only one, but people are quick to jump on the fan boy band wagon, where as i hate everything equally i do much better in my lowe, or my 50tp, or my renegade, i dont need gold ammo, i dont need food, i dont need directives those heavy tanks are not broken OP but they work reliably for me in battles, i even do more avg damage in my big fat stupid somua lol. also i did better in the tier 8 tech tree TNH 1k too, because it's gun worked. all that maters in this dumb game is does the gun work, whatever else is wrong with it doesnt matter because damage is the only thing that counts really (for exp, credits, reward tanks it's all damage based)
This tank print credits like crazy, I play with full gold and still made a lot of profits, not my fav tank but one of the 1st when I farm credits

@@djh9816 even with avg battle 2k-2.5k shooting only gold I made a 80k profits, with a good battle it's around 150-180k

there are still many people who deny that this game is not pay to win, just compare it between premium tanks and techtree. if real money gives you more advantage, u more strong more powerfull,more and more again f2p than just progress, yes this is 100% pay to win
Used money this christmas to gift a clanmember. Last 3 years I havent spend a dime on the game. Still I play with a winrate of 55%. I have to limit tier 9 and 10 games cause my skilllevel cant make it profitable. Calling it 100% pay to win is not true unless your goal is only to play high tiers.
@@markpedal pay to win doesn't mean you can't do well unless you spend money. It means you can do better if you spend money. In other words your anectode is irrelevant.
Lowe needs a little upgrade, maybe loading time or alpha and mantlet armor.

WG put a lot of autoloaders and all players play with this kind of tanks. I tink one of this battle you can play 90% 5min.

I have both the T56 and IS -3 A , with crews about same skill level, I feel the IS-3A is a bit better because the pen is better on both shells over the 130mm of the T56, also the turrent + hull have a bit more armor then the T56, Alpha is 390 damage for both but you have three in the rack with 221pen on AP and 270 with Gold rounds.
Bald sputnik is good, but skoda is supirior, its super easy and super brainded broken.
Shells for IS-3A also have top muzzle velocity. In defence of Skoda, both shells are AP, thus less ricochets, less penetration loss with a distance and better normalization. No complaints about them if you are willing to fire gold indeed.
As for the IS-3A's turret, it has a 20mm top which is a pronounced weakness.
Also, Skoda has a usable gun depression of -8.
I prefer Skoda for the simplicity because it is an exchange in close engagements which almost always ends one way.
Every time i watch a video about a "OP" tank i check the tech tree the store and bond tanks, every single time you can not get them at all, and the people who got them when they were available have a great advantage.

I agree it needs a longer reload time to lower it's DPM, but 35s is a bit too far. Maybe 25-28s

I play a lot of 500 damage games with this tank where I sink one shot and either miss the rest or instantly die

the noise when going to round 2 made me rewatch it a few times hahaha
The ONE thing I dislike about this tank is the standard penetration. 208mm for a 130mm gun is kinda ass, especially when I'm uptiered, which is frequently.
I have this tank and i hate it with a burning passion. It's useless without spamming gold (which i rarely ever use) especially against higher tiers and i swear to god the KV-2 has a better dispersion than this junk.
it really isn't, 208 pen with AP is middle of the pack towards the lower end for T8 heavies.
Obj. 703 has 218 standard pen with APCR, which is actually less in very many situations (APCR has worse normalization).
I mostly use standard shells and I honestly do fine. It's not the lowest pen of t8 heavies, it's definitely not good, but you can definitely work with it

Considering it is a premium vehicle and every shot deals massive damage, you shouldn' t have problems farming credits, making gold usage legit

I'd bet my left kidney they originally made this as a T9 premium, lowered the hp and pen, and released it as a T8 premium instead.
Apart from the pen it's straight up better than the T9 tech tree tank!

Its OP 800 to 1k in single clip with 2 seconds gap usually people checked dpm but dpm play when your on certain situation for a t8 its OP. While people see rino as underpowered but its actually balanced.

I have to admit, that heavy tanks in generell dont seem to be my cup of tea...
In my mediums i perform on an average of between 1700 and 2500 wn8 recently (depending on day and vehicle tier), but i simply cant make heavy tanks work 😅
Skoda T56 is an kind of "all or nothing" tank for me, either i have good matches with 3k plus dmg or i finish with below 1k dmg because i do a wrong move and throw my tank away for just one clip 🤦♂️
Due to the mostly mediocre mobility, i cant manage to fall back from a collapsing flank in time and either get roflstomped by the enemy forces or i start "falling back behind my team" and am too slow for the dmg...

i just can't make this work, my winrate is 20%. I have 51% all around, not the best player, not the worst, but this tank it just gets mostly tier 10 battles and i get blasted in under 4 min.
Agree, pice of junk! Absolutely 0 armour and if u hit something it wont pen. Exchanged mine after hit 31% in 90 games to T26E5 and now sit in 56% winrate after 48 games. Best 4k gold i ever spent!

Witzig, ich hatte auch den T56 . Erst gut, aber irgendwann nur noch Tier 9 und 10 und treffen konnte ich nichts mehr. Sogar die Isu 152 k konnte besser treffen. Lüftung Stabi und verbesserte Zielführung sogar Bond. Alles half nichts . Verkauft das Stück.

You can't penetrate anything from a distance. And often you have ricochets on the ELC or EBR??? I'm doing something wrong with this tank. My best tank is the VK4502A.

Good tank but i still like more OBJ 703-2.
They should buff the Skoda T 27 damage output. Either give 1/2 extra shots or up the damage per round. Yesterday I platooned with full Skodas. I forgot how bad T 27 is.

I long distanced ammo racked a full IS7 once with my 50tp prototype in the first minutes of the game, i was screaming while being shocked. Turret popping off is so satisfying.

I hate and love this tank as Vz55, why? The dispersion of this tank makes me mad, like dude. 2 shell dissappear into nowhere in let say 200 meters or less than 400 meters. Like wth?????
Also, I have a rule. The rule is
1. If I cannot pen them, I will load gold..
2. I will throw gold, If they shoot me first..
Why? Simple, this tank doesn't have armor at hull
Turret? You can pen the turret cheeks if you have more than 220/230 pen. As you can see, T56 turret has space between the HEAT shield and gun. Hit that spot, and it will pen..
Cupolas? C'mon, you know how to pen right?

This tank is made for statspeders and ppl willing to give money to wg. You are slow, you have no penetration, basically you have to spamm gold all the time. And when you get matched into tier 10 u can only cry.

I commented this earlier under a different video, but I recently got disconnected at the beginning of the match in Skoda T56. Logged back in, loaded the game and we were halfway in. I still managed to do 1.8k dmg and score 4 kills.

i dont think it's a good tank at all, it's gun handling is shit, doesnt matter if you have two shell mag if none or only one of them ever hits anything, i play my lowe way more because it hits almost every single time, it has a good turret and it has i think twice the gun depression, it has better pen, acc and aimtime also, with vents, and food you can get the reload down 9 seconds on a lowe, i got the skoda in a christmas box i think, i played it about 20 or 30 battles and just took the equipment off it, i got better heavies, i just dont play tanks you gotta run food and directives and only shoot gold for it to barely work, not when there is tanks you can just play in battles and they work great, like the 703 II, 50TP, lowe, e-75 ts, all those tanks are better then a skoda on most maps, the skoda is only awesome on like 2 or 3 maps, just my opinion. not saying its like a useless tank, i just always do better in other heavies, i dont run food, so if the tanks "needs" food to operate i just dont ever run those tanks.

When I think about balance, I think of another game. This one is unbalanced, and badly manipulated / rigged by Wargaming. Not a fun experience 90% of the time.

Skoda T 56 is alright balaned, it has a good gun and great turret, but once people actually rush you, you will take a big hit before reloading and punishing them
