Blast Corps was released by Rare for the Nintendo 64 in March 1997. It never became very popular, but it did garner a reputation of being very difficult to complete. The game is about destroying buildings to save the world from a nuclear explosion. Source: speeddemosarchive.com/BlastCor...
At this past Awesome Games Done Quick, $1,025,000 was raised for the Prevent Cancer Foundation. It only took a week of continuous streaming, 18,000 donors, and many many runners to achieve. A big thanks to everyone responsible for these amazing numbers, what a humbling achievement. For comparison, last year's event raised just under $500,000.

Very underrated game, one of my personal faves for the 64.

I love that game, though I seriously hated the buggy, the small summersault bot and the dumptruck.Those were a nightmare to steer.
Would love to see a remake of this game with more levels and vehicles. It's very unique.

So many memories, this game was IMPOSSIBLE for me as a kid
I use the level select screen as my alarm to get up for work, this game was, and still is amazing.

Awesome game! A very unique and underrated classic for N64.
One thing that made this game was the tracks, Graeme Norgate is one of the best VG composers in the industry!
I still haven't fully completed it yet though, backlash is such a pain in the ass to use!!

I love this game but never completed it, too hard, controls were awful.

Beaten? Yes. Platinum medals on everything? Oh, God no.
Myself and peaches actually offered this race as 100% all platinums lol, but it had to be changed to any% for time constraints. We both have achieved all platinum medals in under 100 minutes

If the bearded guy spent more time being good at the game and less time mashing buttons on parts of the game that has zero input maybe he'd do better
