Silly question, can a level be procedurally created in run-time by modifying the values such as number of rocks, area of foliage, replacing trees with shrubs etc.?

Honestly, if the area aren't enormous is easier and faster to just position them individually
Its easier to drag and drop on small environments

RTX 2070 super 32gb ram i7, it's ok for small projects but its also old laptop, I would go for something higher
