How do you access the garden with the chicken wire all around?
I recently lost seedlings to ceitters. I didn't realize i needed to protected against birds too.
We've had a lot of problems with birds going for our carrot seedlings. When the seedlings come up, they're very sweet and the birds love to eat them. The bird netting has worked great this year.
How have they held up against strong winds?
did your 'roof' work to fight off squirrels ?
Squirrels will climb the chicken wire.
Do it yourself, visit the Woodglut website and find out how.
