You should have several electrical mixers at hand for mixing the components of the A and the B components. If you have larger flooring projects going you should invest in a semi-automated mixing station. This will guarantee higher quality mixing and will save you on labor costs. (Read this article here on common mixing mistakes in epoxy flooring)
I’ve left for last all those every day tools you need to actually apply the epoxy. Some of these tools will be disposable (such as paintbrushes, lambskin rollers, squeegees etc) and other tools are re-usable such as screed rakes and spiked rollers.
You should have a range of trowels used for grouting and applying epoxy. All these handtools will require regular cleaning and replacing. Always have spare tools available on site. You don’t want something to break down when you are in the middle of a job.
Awesome content
Nice info!
You are true legend..
thank you!
Very useful and great channel. I subscribed emediately.
Can You write which notched trowel (2,3,5 mm) shoud be used for finish thickness (1, 2 mm etc). Thank You.
Thank you for your kind words. I usually go for half the height. So if you want 2mm thickness, use a 4mm notched trowel. If you want 3mm, go for 6mm height in the notches. Also these are for brand new trowels. Trowels lose their height with wear and tear, so you will inevitably get a smaller floor thickness

Glad to hear that!
What about the product used to protect plinths? Or the edges
you mean like masking tape to mark the edges? Always use blue tape it works better than white masking tape

You forgot gloves! And preferably mixing sticks to scrape unmixed epoxy off sides of the mixing bucket.
Great video! Keep em coming!
Also do you deal with metallic epoxy or just regular?
Thanks for your feedback. You are right about the gloves and sticks! I do mainly regular epoxy
