He is the good drummer, really great, but not in DT. Portnoy is the DT and it is great that he has come back. New members in bands is the controversial thing like derrik green in sepultura or ray luizer in korn in one hand it is the new blood but in other hand the band lost it’s feature. Portnoy wanted to disband Dream Theater for 5 years. He's a crazy guy! The only reason Dream Theater is taking him back is because Portnoy's and Petrucci's daughters are roommates and their wives are friends! He better not mess up this opportunity!
