but there is another idea is , intead keeping HDFC in Holding then going for the stradle sell the put option then take delivery if the price fall more ...if it stayed sideways pack whatever it gives

Sir, for this strategy (short straddle) to work, shouldn't we always have 1 lot of the stock in cash, or is it also possible to execute this strategy by buying 1 lot future with the same expiry date?
Future will do, noting that you should have enough money to take delivery of share if the Put became In the money at the time of expiry.
