I love how Lt. Casey had Herrmann's and Mouch's support too. As veteran firefighters, it most likely proved to Lt. Casey that he wasn't alone in this. Their prensence must have been so comforting.

Insubordination is only an issue when your subordinates don't respect you as a leader. A true leader would have reprimanded Otis for his actions (even if he made a great save) without the childish insults.

I can't see the past episodes, so tell me, how did Boden react to how Chief “Pidgin” (yes that was intentional) treated his Firehouse? Because I seen enough of Chicago Fire to know that Boden is one hell of a chief.
