First day of spring. 🤔It’s kinda the first day of fall for us. My Wife & I are planning on getting rykers next spring. We had a friend tell us he test rode one & said it was hard to steer so we test rode one ourselves. Neither my Wife our I found them hard to steer at all. The only thing hard was having to end the test ride! Guess once you have your rally for a while, Tom Will eventually have to get an adventure on road/off road type bike?
@@sci-fyguy7767 Yes, Spring has certainly sprung down under in our part of Australia but damaging winds, flooding and cold down in Victoria and Tasmania. You just can’t pick it. Hot here again today but cooling off back to Spring temps tomorrow at least. I don’t have any issues with the steering at all and I agree with you and am pleased you also found it easy. Tom says there is definitely a difference but he is not too bothered by it. You are correct, after testing out the rougher back roads and seeing if I enjoy off road, I think Tom will upgrade to an adventure bike. That is if little Rebel sells. She is up for sale but no takers as yet. ☺️
Hi Wendy, Just thought I would message you and let you know that I am getting my Ryker next week 😁, I am so excited and have been watching your videos! Thank you for sharing your adventures . I am looking forward to getting on the road and doing some long distances😊
@@antoinettelilje Hi Antoinette Congratulations on getting a Ryker. You will love it. Are you in Australia? Do you already have a licence ? My first little Rebel Ryker has just sold to a lady. I am going to miss her even though I have Big Rebel now. Thank you for watching my videos, I really enjoy doing them. ☺️😎
Enjoy the 900 rally, I'm sure you're going to love it 😊👍. We're waiting for better weather here in Christchurch NZ as itching to get out for some longer rides and sunshine 🌞
@@Daryl-W1966 Thank you, I hope I do enjoy it. You’re waiting for better weather and we want a bit less sunshine here at present. Been a bit hot for Spring in northern NSW. ☺️
In dry heat, dry evaporative jacked might help. You just pour down cold water in hole of jacket and it will keep you saved from disorientation and hopefully from heat stroke.
@@RelishtheRyker-Downunder check ergodyne ( usa ). There is German made too ( I forgot the name), which is better and they even dry evaporative hats too. Price will drop as holidays are near and fall is next in northern hemisphere.
Here I south East USA summer temperatures started from early April and temperatures are over 95F with lot of humidity temperatures remain in 80s till late in night. So long summers are coming.
@@Wog68 Unfortunately, a bike licence is required. Rules might be different in other States but I really don’t think so. We are in NSW and formally QLD and it’s definitely a separate licence. Personally, I think it’s silly. A car licence should suffice.
@@RelishtheRyker-Downunder in USA, in some states, you can drive three wheelers on car license, in some states, separate endorsement for three wheelers (means you can’t drive two wheelers, in the rest, you should have motorcycle endorsement plus training for three wheeler. Just wanted to say hi from the USA! Hey! You're riding on the wrong side of the road! :)

Hi to you too. ☺️
If I rode on the other side of the road, I’d get myself into all sorts of strife. 😯😂
If watching on a phone or tablet, just turn it upside down while watching and it puts her on the correct side of the road 😅😅

Yes, we have humidity where we are. I don’t like it much but winters are great.
Can you drive three wheelers on car license or need motorcycle endorsement?
