After how many hours you need to change the oil? (250 2stroke 2019)

Depends on your ridding conditions. This was on easy simple rides so I had about 10 hours. If you do hard enduro with lots of clutch action I would do every 4-8 hours.

Correct. This is the transmission oil change. Where this is a 2 stroke bike, the oil and gas are mixed so no oil filter for the engine either
