It has an ultra lightweight folded frame and comes with a classic, modern drop point in 12C27 🗡

Happy Monday Gus, nice UK legal carry slip joint knives. & comparatively priced to the Victorinox 93mm Solo ( AKA Swiss Army 1 ) which I consider as the benchmark under 3"single blade non-locking all metal gentleman's pocket knife and they have a pocket clip too! I take this opportunity to wish you & family a Merry Christmas & a Happy New Year.

Hi Steve, agreed... a very valid point, I could of included it in the comparison 'line-up', I guess...
Thanks for your kind wishes and Happy Hanukkah my friend 🙏 though a little belated.
Always appreciate you stopping by and adding value...

Hi Steve, I'm an aficionado of SAKs albeit not as much as you perhaps but I rate them very highly and carry one most days. However I also rate this Boker - I have the blade only version in black - very highly too and it's the only made in China main blade I ever carry.

@@simonh6371 Happy Friday Simon, I don't own a Boker of any kind & I live in Tel Aviv, Israel where there are no knife carry restrictions of any sort, neither blade size or locking mechanism, so I am not limited to under 3" blade non-locking knives like in the UK. Have a relaxing weekend.

The multi appeals to me. Good to get a look at it again here. I have the Heinne 25th anniversary equivalent of the Atlas. Totally agree about slight discomfort for extended time of cutting. Can’t fault the style though. A thing of beauty in my eyes 👍

Hi Stuart, true true... your feedback is always appreciated buddy👌
I love the Atlas, its basically the same as a Sanrenmu PT721 which I reviewed about a year ago - made in the same factory 🏭 as is the Ruike models allegedly...
I also reviewed HH Alantic some months ago, which I featured in this video, by embedding a slide of it, for those that don't know 😉
      Thanks for stopping by,

Hello nice informative content thank you
I am a knife noob lol is it possible to use a thumb stud with these to give you one hand opening ?
And if the answer is yes would it still be UK legal ?

    • @gadgetgus
      @gadgetgus  Рік тому

Hi, I appreciate your feedback - it is possible to fit one, with a little modification.
However, I think it would be quite ineffective, due to the design of the overall knife.
If, I were to do this... it should still be legal, as are most slip joints fitted with thumb studs.
      Thanks for watching,
      Atb Gus 👍

Good alternative to the little Mercator or Douk Douk, both of which are starting to look badly overpriced. Not an item I'd want to use for long, but well worth leaving in a pocket just in case.

      Hello my friend, agreed...
I will get an Otter 'Black Cat' & Douk Douk when I can and review them too 👌
Despite, the price they make excellent EDC's as you know.
Check out the Sanrenmu PT721 - same knife, at £15 but you have to wait 6 week's from Ali Express.
      They make for great gifts!
      Thanks for stopping by buddy,
