What if I want to use this harness to add new lights and not connect to the existing headlights? How should the wiring be done? Ordered a combo with lamps and wiring.
Purchased the H4 wiring kit for my i20. One suggestion is to include a rubber grommet as part of wiring . This would help seal a hole that can be made in headlight dust cap like the one available in i20. Osram provides such a grommet in their HID wiring kit. The grommet can be ignored in the absence of dust cap...But it will be useful in cars that have a ABS plastic dust cap

i have bought Vaishnu relay wiring kit H4 for my xuv 300 .. in my car battery capacity is 60V , 600 A so can i use 130/100 W bulbs. battery capacity is sufficient to handle 130w/100 bulbs ? will these bulbs reduce the battery life? will it damage the reflectors?
Yes Sir! It can be used without any worries. As far as the life of reflectors is concerned, 130/100 watts will create faster wear & Tear as compared to 100/90 Watt bulbs which will be faster than 60/55 Watt Bulbs. Normal wear & Tear is natural, so it is Best to Stick to what serves your Actual Purpose of Improving night visibility and not going beyond it. Hope it makes sense and clears your Doubts.
You have mentioned to keep the right side connector opened. Will it not cause problems? In such a case what is the need for the male connector from Vaishu on the RHS?
Greetings! You can refer to our Wiring Harness, there is only 1 Male connector in the wiring kit which gets connected and hence one of the Factory Fitted Connectors has to be Left Unplugged.

Reason being that every wiring kit is perishable and over the years gets worn out. Even if you repair the wiring kit, the maximum and most efficient current transmission won’t be happening because of worn out cables and connectors. You will actually find a brand new wiring kit provide you much brighter illumination with the same bulbs as compared to a 6-7 year old kit.

please start creating H19 bulbs as these are the latest type in market and there is a huge unavailability of these types of bulbs. H19 is now standard in latest i20, Venue, Tiago models. Due to H19 bulbs unavailability, I recently had to use H4 90/100 bulbs by making cuts around its ring to look similar to H19 and H4 got easily fitted then in my car. I used Vaishnu H4 kit and the light throw seems quite improved than the stock bulbs. However the light throw looks quite scattered in high beam. Seems I can use fog bulbs as well on high beam to get even light throw. Please suggest good quality fog lamps/bulbs for my Tiago BS6 model where installation doesn't involve any warranty damages.

I order h4 relay kit...I am using Tata Indica new doom but old relay with 100/90 bulb... brightness not enough..so I ordered and planned to replace with vaishnu h4 relay....will it gives more brightness or should I need to change bulb also as 100/130
Greetings Sir! If you only Replace the Relay there is no Guarantee that you will see an Astounding Difference in Visibility in the same setup. You can expect a 20-30% Increase though depending upon the kit you were using earlier. The Biggest difference you will observe will be in the Life Span of the Wiring kit and Similarly the Bulbs installed. This wiring kit can handle the 130/100 watts Bulbs easily for upto 12 hours of usage at a stretch. You can Expect better and Brighter Visibility as a Result of its Robustness.
