Wowwwwwww Peshawar (The only city i fell in love with in my life) ,The first time in 60s I flew into this city it was like entering a place straight out of the Middle Ages.I took a brief tour of the city past narrow streets, centuries-old bazaars, walled forts and old architectural designs on wood and brick houses - all of which evoked memories of a distant past .I still dream of going back to Peshawar before i say Goodbye but I'm too old to travel.One thing i must acknowledge here is about the Pashtuns ,Each of whom is a king of his own,Remarkable people with passionate love for freedom and violent opposition to any infringement of their liberty .I don't know much Pashto but i remember two phrases stary me shy,Wara zaga kha da?I I'm English By the way .

peshawar is a nice big old city... a lot of things were not covered... the hospitals and shopping markets of peshawar are superb... a lot of big shopping malls are also present here... the houses in hayatabad and it's map is mind blowing... peshawar is old city but have a wide nice and modern map

The lake you were referring to is actually the front lawn of Islamia College and rain water made the lawn look like a lake. The whole video covered the 4 kms (radius) area mostly the educational district where Peshawar University, Engineering University, Agriculture University, Institute of Higher Education, Islamia School, Islamia College, Islamia University and Agriculture Training College and other related buildings are situated.
