I BOUGHT A MOBYLETTE, Will it run? Cheap fix? PART 1

I bought another motorbike last week on eBay, ok its not really a motorbike but a 1962 mobylette av42. I think its called the AU42 in France? In this video I'll walk around and see what sort of condition she is in and try and get her started! Will it run?
