I've never understood the obsession with 3 different places to eat on the same floor....unless its just props for ideas....
1. Formal for guests, possibly meetings
2. For family dinners, friends - much less formal, kids can eat there even if there’s a formal meeting or dinner in #1
3. Breakfast nook is the easiest for when only 1 or 2 people are eating, also best for fast meals (like cereals hence breakfast nook) since you don’t have to set the table or travel too far from pantry or fridge

Beautiful home for sure. One critique, at this level of luxury the toilets should be in a water closet. Also, there should be a door closing off the lower level from the upstairs.

The thing bothered me in this house is bathrooms are open for 2 and 3 rooms.
Prakash Meena I’m actually a bit confused with the bathroom connecting from the master bedroom’s dressing room/children’s room. If it’s a dressing room, why the master bedroom needs to be connected to a second bathroom is beyond me. If it’s a children’s room, there’s no direct access to it, you’d have to go through either the master bedroom, or the other bedroom then through the bathroom. It’s a strange layout. Both possibilities make me think of parents with no sense of boundaries or privacy for their kids.
