@@darleneprice6467 It really has. I figured those succession potatoes would be so much farther along. It's been so cold and dreary since Input them in.
@robinswan5831 Robin, I am the most low tech canner. I use my stock pot as the water bath canner. I have one funnel and one set of jar lifters but those are new. My first 10 years I did not have the fancy jar lifters. Ha
Pumpkin and family are heavy feeders. Need lots of compost and manure.
We are learning a lot. So many new crops this year. We'll do better next year.
Next year your garden will be amazing. ❤🎉😊
@@sandiedrew4086 I hope so!
Broccoli tends to do better the second year. Can you put them in a shed for winter and try again in the spring?
@@delledonne1 OH No. We composted. I'll know better for another time.
This has been the craziest growing season …

I am a Senior and would like to have some easy simple basic ingredient meal ideas.Except for anything tomato based,I have potassium issue.😊❤
What foods do you enjoy eating?
@cynthia216 Yes. What type of meals do you like to eat and what kind-of ingredients do you typically have on hand?
Did you know that tomatoes are self pollinating, all they need is for the wind or a human hand to give the flowering branches a shake.
@deewhite0612 I had kind of heard that if you shake the plant that could pollinate them but I wasn't certain.
