I like this format. Perhaps consider in addition to this format a slate of ~10 players per community, starting at the lowest rating but where there winner of each game continues to play. Team that runs out of players loses.

Relatable. Only tip I can give you is to check 2 to 3 times whether or not a move you're about to make is not going to give your opponent a free piece. Alao always check where your opponent's pieces might land.

the thing about ppl playing fast in the opening and middlegame and slow down in the endgame, "endgame sickness" is bc like you play an opening you know very well, a ruy lopez, a slav defence, a kings indian, you name it, bc its theory, you know youre fine and know the ideas of the opening by heart even if not move by move, this applies to the middlegame too as the middlegame positions are very much tied to the opening ideas but then you get an endgame and thats completely different territory, totally unrelated to the opening and thats why ppl tend to slow down bc every move you play is completely on your own, no theory or general opening/middlegame ideas can help you there, i dont mean principles, i mean ideas, pretty much the kind of structure and general piece placement you want
