  • What makes FBB functional? 🔥
Here’s what FUNCTIONAL means to me:
Recapturing that youthful feeling of being able to move without aches, pains, or stiffness. I want to be able to run, jump, climb, and feel strong well into my 50s, 60s, and beyond.
Does your workout make you feel young? OR does it make you feel sore & stiff?
If it doesn’t make you FEEL good, you’ll never get the results you want. 🙌

Functional is a word. Transferability is another word. Both have so many levels. It is ridiculous to argue, because no one can give a good definition.
In parts you were also describing your joints have to feel good, which I can relate to. But it means defining functional will be a shaky business without being very specific about it.
And specific can mean it's not for everyone, it may only apply to you

Excellent videos on safe lifting ! Improper form is so detrimental as it leads to short or long term injuries which in turn becomes downtime. Years of guessing or research wasn’t enough so I really appreciate this fast easy to learn video content!

It’s encouraging to see but I need a lot of guidance and nutritional information. What’s the best way to proceed ?
      Thanks !

I’m not in no wear near the shape as this guy but I’ve been exercising for about two months and I can tell an improvement on how I feel it’s really great. I don’t think young people appreciate feeling good all the time.

My suggestion is this: since your still early on, make sure you take alot of pictures/videos of your lifts and how you look where you are at now. I didnt until almost a year in, and Its nice to be able to look back after several years and see where you started, i wish I had done that earlier.

After worked out for 1 month, I found out I can use a squat toilet with no time restriction, where previously I will need to force my shit out within a time limit before my leg gives up

I genuinely think you have the best approach towards fitness. Use your body the way it was meant to be used and do so every day. It doesn't have to set records or be a 2 hour gym session. If you keep acting young perhaps you'll stay young!

I am a bit confused by your statement 'My kids don't have stiff joints'.
Your kids look really young. When I was their age, basically all kids didn't have stiff joints, etc. We were all active and had fun on playgrounds almost every day.
Is it so common nowadays for kids of that age to have stiff joints or movement problems? I really don't want to judge you here. I am just shocked because it sounds like a genuinely existing problem.
That aside ... good work man =)
