Mini donut maker (Chef Buddy)-Egg free, Gluten free, Dairy free donuts

Batter Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups of flour (Pillsbury gluten free)
1/2 cups of sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder
9 table spoons melted butter (Pure blend Avacado butter)
2 cups of milk (Used Almond breeze milk)
1 tablespoon of flaxseed egg substitute (Substitute for one egg)
Chocolate:
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips ( used Enjoy life)
2 tablespoon butter (used Pure blends avacado butter)
2 tablespoons of corn syrup
Topping:
Sprinkles

I can't see any reason why the instructions said NOT to use a piping bag, it seems so much smarter...I suppose if the piping bag is plastic and the nozzle touches maybe it could melt but a piping bag seems like a neater thing to use ?

I agree. It does get really hot and could potentially melt the bag like you said. A glass measuring cup would probably work, but I haven't tried that yet.

Great question! The donut maker manual suggests throwing a way the first batch when baking for the first time. This prevents your donuts from tasting like plastic.
