My favorite grey is mixing ultramarine and burnt umber. Some people use burnt sienna but burnt umber makes a more neutral grey. And if you dilute it way down it makes a whitish pale grey
This was a cool one. I definitely want to try doing busts and statues like this and experience the difference from doing detailed pencil drawings of the same subject.

I remember as a New Year resolution you had that you would clean up your palette of colours of painting... now if I look at your painting’s colours a year ago a now, there is no changes at all. Byron you must you must admit the colours you choose today are you because they are mirror reflection of your personality. It’s not bad! It’s you and great to your style!
