I just wanted to take a minute to thank you guys for these videos. Covid left me unable to walk after a long hospital stay. I get around mostly on wheelchair but I'm trying to use a walker more and more. Will be trying these exercises hoping that I can learn to walk again. Thank you sincerely.

Was 36 when I had stroke, damn I never even thought about it, especially in my 30's. Clearly I was wrong as I later discovered that some get it even in their early 20's. Exercises are a challenge in the beginning, big challenge. If you're not determined, you will QUIT. Determination is everything.
    You can do this.

These exercises are fantastic and extremely beneficial! A family member had a mild stroke 90 days ago and is now doing these exercises. His balance and gait have improved tremendously! These exercises are different (and probably better) than the ones my family member was doing with his physical therapist. Thank you!

What you say is so true. I studied dance and movement therapies for most of my life and now a senior...and i take issue and objection with many or most physical therapists and i LOVE these two...they are way above the norm...and really seem to do what they do from the heart ...which makes it all the better...besides the amount of knowledge they have and share and make so applicable to everyone. I love every single video of theirs that i have seen (alot).

Dear Bob & Brad. I just suffered a small stroke a month ago. It affected my balance and eyesight I met with a therapist today that decided to have me attempt to walk on a 6” high x 4” wide wooden beam about 8’ long with no safety belt, no support, no mat and not even next to me. I was so afraid of falling I refused after attempting a few steps. He told me I have to challnge myself and that int minded him if children he is irked with that had cerebral palsy. I was so disheartened. After speaking to an older relative I found out about your channel. Thank you for all you do and giving me hope. ❤

    Hello amazing people!
I want to know if my mother suffered a stroke or not. PT is assuming maybe it’s the case. Her left leg is in massive pain every morning when she first wakes up. But she doesn’t feel our touch/massages as well as she does on her right leg. The pain goes away as she starts to walk around a bit. Is this typical for people who suffered stroke?
Please allow me to give a bit of her history.
She survived stage 4 lung cancer with a metastatic brain tumor. But as you know, cancer treatment can give quite a few other diseases. She now suffers with Adrenal gland insufficiency (takes hydro cortisone 15mg per day), and she suffered/survived a massive heart attack a year after the treatment was finished.
She stopped taking statin because she developed an intolerable mascot aches. She is 98% vegan with an exception of pasture raised organic eggs.
Any advice/opinions will be appreciated 🙏🏻
