Friends..Dont loose Hope..my dad had stroke 2 months back was in Coma for a month and after talkng now and with support trying to stand and slowly taking steps..slight movement in hand and leg....just keep ur loved ones muscle moving..follow physio exercises taught by your Doctor and Hospital and remind ur loved one all memories and good movements..
I just wanted to take a minute to thank you guys for these videos. Covid left me unable to walk after a long hospital stay. I get around mostly on wheelchair but I'm trying to use a walker more and more. Will be trying these exercises hoping that I can learn to walk again. Thank you sincerely.
Was 36 when I had stroke, damn I never even thought about it, especially in my 30's. Clearly I was wrong as I later discovered that some get it even in their early 20's. Exercises are a challenge in the beginning, big challenge. If you're not determined, you will QUIT. Determination is everything.
You can do this.
hey... I've been paralyzed for a month now... and my left sdie feels completely numb. I'mdoing all my physiotherapy exercises still i get panic sometimes . not being able to use my left hand or walk again Terrifies me the most.. can you pleaS SPARE FEW MINUTES AND TALK TO MEABOUT YOUR EXPERIENCE I'DD be very helpful for me.....thanks in advaNCE...WISH YOU ALL THE LUCK IN THE WORLD ....:)

Just what I was looking for!! You guys are amazing!!
Thank you! Bob and Brad, ! I am keeping this video for myself until I can get some help. I am dying to try these exercises.🇨🇭🇨🇭🇨🇭
Wonderful! Your videos are so informative. Thank you.
These exercises are fantastic and extremely beneficial! A family member had a mild stroke 90 days ago and is now doing these exercises. His balance and gait have improved tremendously! These exercises are different (and probably better) than the ones my family member was doing with his physical therapist. Thank you!
Hope they keep improving 🙏 I love how low cost and simple their recommendations are.
Smile Smile Completely agree. Better than paying a $30 co-pay twice/week!
God bless and may they recover fully and soon.
What you say is so true. I studied dance and movement therapies for most of my life and now a senior...and i take issue and objection with many or most physical therapists and i LOVE these two...they are way above the norm...and really seem to do what they do from the heart ...which makes it all the better...besides the amount of knowledge they have and share and make so applicable to everyone. I love every single video of theirs that i have seen (alot).
Bob & Brad Many thanks!
Thank you so much for sharing, God bless to the two of you. I am a acupuncture student and I have a patient recovering from a stroke.
Very helpful video. Thanks for sharing Bob and Brad
I had a pretty serious cerebral stroke three years ago - caused by A-Fib. Balance was a main problem - working on these exercises every day is absolutely essential to getting that balance back.
Very good to know. Thank you.
Are you fully recovered now?
This exercise can help improve stroke.. thanks ❤️🙏
Very good excercises for anyone who needs to work on balance. Thanks for all of your tips and advice.

Dear Bob & Brad. I just suffered a small stroke a month ago. It affected my balance and eyesight I met with a therapist today that decided to have me attempt to walk on a 6” high x 4” wide wooden beam about 8’ long with no safety belt, no support, no mat and not even next to me. I was so afraid of falling I refused after attempting a few steps. He told me I have to challnge myself and that int minded him if children he is irked with that had cerebral palsy. I was so disheartened. After speaking to an older relative I found out about your channel. Thank you for all you do and giving me hope. ❤
Thank you sir.
I wish you guys were helping my father. He has been in therapy for almost two years because of falling due to Parkinson's. They emphasize on strength training but don't do much balance training.

Hello iam deaf and I got stroke 2 year ago and iam 57 old year cause my fingers need open my fingers aslo my left legs
Hello amazing people!
I want to know if my mother suffered a stroke or not. PT is assuming maybe it’s the case. Her left leg is in massive pain every morning when she first wakes up. But she doesn’t feel our touch/massages as well as she does on her right leg. The pain goes away as she starts to walk around a bit. Is this typical for people who suffered stroke?
Please allow me to give a bit of her history.
She survived stage 4 lung cancer with a metastatic brain tumor. But as you know, cancer treatment can give quite a few other diseases. She now suffers with Adrenal gland insufficiency (takes hydro cortisone 15mg per day), and she suffered/survived a massive heart attack a year after the treatment was finished.
She stopped taking statin because she developed an intolerable mascot aches. She is 98% vegan with an exception of pasture raised organic eggs.
Any advice/opinions will be appreciated 🙏🏻
We wouldn't be able to tell you either way if it was indeed a stroke or not, we would have to insist you consult your physician as we cannot give individual medical advice online.
The fatigue can be overwhelming. Trust me
you guys are terrific-maybe beer drinkers should practice this lol
Maybe you should also have actual stroke patient as a model. You are both normal and easier for you to move through your demos
Now i know its name. Buoyah
BOOYAH !!!!!!! :)
Guys, looking at you I wonder if you ever saw a person after stroke. They don't definitely control the leg the way you show. Once they are able to do this, they no longer need this kind of excersise.
Wender full video balnce excercise
Thanks!
