@@resudeew2636 yes i have expectations for a 3rd ovr pick who is the one we are talking about trading anfernee to build around. scoot looks the same as last year regular season isn't going to magically make him able to make layups. he is an undersized who can't play defense, shoot or make layups, it doesn't take a genius to know he isn't the player he should be by year 2.
@EuTimingFirst of all, they don’t have a superstar like Dame anymore, but this current Blazer team from 2 to 15 is deeper than any they had in the Dame era. Secondly, they did make the WCF with Dame, in 2019.
@EuTiming yeah I’ll agree with you that the team needs to draft at least one franchise player. Sharpe has real potential but he hasn’t proven anything yet
@@FacialFischl Donovan and Ayton both seem to have decent jump shots. You obviously don't have the shooting with Ayton has you do with a stretch 4, but you'd have great rebounding, interior defense, and the overall length could be very disruptive defensively.

Bros got a 7-foot-7 wingspan and excellent mobility for his size. No question the potential there especially as a defender, particularly around the rim but could struggle when asked to switch out onto much quicker players also Clingan is going to face much taller and stronger big men in the NBA, and he won't be able to rely as much on his height as he did in college. He probably won't be a volume 3pt shooter but has the potential to develop into a floor spacer in time.
Hmm a great Blazers big man drafted high with loads of potential? Sounds like Sam Bowie or Greg Oden or Bill Walton haha let's hope not though! This guy has amazing potential!
Clingan has basketball smarts. 2 championships at UCONN. HE SHOULD have been A #1 draft pick. Season starts tomorrow. I’m excited to watch him play. He’s a winner in my court. 😊👆👍

Isn't it a shame that the scouts didn't see what a bust Scoot Henderson is turning out to be? With the new big man a great generational point guard would be a treat indeed.
Let's not give up on Scoot quite yet. He's a smart, very athletic guy, with a great attitude. I believe he'll figure it out by next season. But why the heck didn't they play him in Vegas?
Clingan has a decent feel for the game but his true impact will be dependent on him developing an outside shot. His ceiling seems to be Steven Adams without 3-point development and Brooke Lopez if he does. He doesn't possess Shaq or Wemby upside, unfortunately. He will be an above average center with limited offensive ability.
You sound stupid there’s only one shaq in Wimbley so I don’t even know why you would make those comparisons. He already makes threes his floor is Steven Adams, his ceiling, his Marc Gasol.
Steven Adams is already a more limited player than Clingan.. I think Marcus Camby is his floor; shot blocking, passing, good touch and IQ. His ceiling isn't much higher, but could borderline on being a Top 5 center.
He'll be a 10 and 10 guy with a few blocks, maybe 14 and and 11 tops, which isn't bad. ...Passing on Edey was a giant mistake, who will provide better defense, plus an unblockable post game.
Please dear GOD let this man stay healthy and avoid the curse of previously broken Blazer Centers!!! 🙏🙏🙏

Yall got Jalen Duren who’s a really solid young center though
His reaction time is actually incredible.
