Ronny is a great actor. He can play anything. One of my favorites is Captain Edward Jellico on Star Trek TNG. Also loved him in Total Recall. He earned himself the distinction if being an answer of a Star Trek Trivia Question as well.
After finally watching this interview, it's so great to know that Ronny Cox is _NOTHING_ like Kinsey, or any of the other toads he's played. Those are the only parts I've seen him do. Don't think anyone could be more 180° opposite from that character. Awesome guy!!!
Ronny might have been subconsciously thinking of the 1972 movie "The Candidate" with Robert Redford who wore an American Flag pin on his lapel when he helped create Kinsey's character.

"I'm....cashing you, out....Bob". Ronnie was awesome in RoboCop. I just rewatched Deliverance tonight. Masterpiece of film making.
If you actually hate a character who is supposed to be a villain, then, that actor did a fantastic job!
Wowww👍👍👍Robocop..... Excellent good film, verry good, in D. Jones....

Great Actor
That idea of Kinsey being so strong-willed as to be capable of breaking a Goa'uld's hold over him and even taking control himself? Fantastic!
For every fine cat a fine rat- Robert Heinlein.

"And the SGC should be shut down" 😂 Ronny
Talk about typecasting! :)
"Who gives a shit what you believe!
In 10 seconds you'll be dead, and I'll blow this place up and be home in time for cornflakes!!!"
I love to hate this guy I really think they should have explored him as a Gould a little bit longer than one episode he would have made a great one
