It's important to listen to yourself. Physical warning signals should not be ignored. As a former nurse and then doctor, I have had many, many patients who developed illnesses because they kept going.
First off, it was so awesome meeting you and Jay this weekend. It was easily one of my highlights for the whole weekend :-). Y’all are like couple goals!!!!
Second….. girl, don’t explain yourself for taking a break. You should! I do a lot of work with social media as well and people start to think you’re a robot. I feel like at times. It is soooo draining mentally. Take your breaks!!!!!

First of all, I absolutely love your videos. I started watching your channel this fall, and I'm so glad. Second, I appreciate this video, it makes me feel not so alone. You are absolutely right, everyone has something they need to deal with, I know I do, especially these days. Nothing wrong at all with taking a break to care of yourself and your mental health.

I have have depression and anxiety since I was in my early 20’s I am 48 still battling it! Day by day. Mental health is real. NO ONE is perfect and they don’t have the perfect life. #Breathe We have to breaks once in awhile, sometimes a lot. I love the necklace, Happy Halloween! Hugs!🖤🎃 !

That tat convention was by us earlier this month. It was a month later than the past few times they were here, so it was perfect to attend, which I had all intentions of doing. Sadly work ended up interfering and I missed the darned thing again! I too have been itching to get some new ink as my last was in 2012...pun intended. Good to see that you're well! Hi as one that lives with chronic depression on a daily basis I totally understand , you need to do what's right for you, please take care of yourself .
I just want to say, I find myself on social media less and less due to mental health reasons. I do find myself in UA-cam however more. But I've been very particular who I subscribe to. People that don't make me feel bad about myself. Compare myself, etc. I found your channel and liked your easy going, well spoken and just kind vibes. There's a lot more reasons why I like your channel, but just wanted to share that I appreciate your channel.

Tbh, I think we are all as a society just trying to figure out the right way to participate in social media❤ In theory it is a great concept, but there are many caveats to it, not to mention the trolls that exist. I think almost daily, should I participate in various social media places, many times I think I should not be. But, I do think it is a part of our culture now for good or for bad. I applaud your honesty and your ability to look inward even though your livelyhood relies upon your success in multiple social media platforms. Also, remember, you are by no means stuck doing this, you are intelligent, creative, talented and you could do whatever you put your mind to🎉😊
The shirt is really nice you bought at convention. I could tell you have had enough, it’s been non stop for you. But it was a nice summer/ fall watching your videos. I understand you I hv suffered from Anxiety and other stuff for years. Social Media can be overwhelming as a viewer too.

Cris, I used to be a very active blogger (not for Halloween). I took a break...in 2019. I no longer blog and, while I miss some aspects of it, I don't miss the work AT ALL. In my case, I had a regular well paying job, so it was never about the money. Your life is amping up, with the fiance, and the new house. Do what feels right to you!!

The tattoos came out great and they look cool with your black nales i especially love the one on your arm I love jack o'lanterns and it's perfect with the witches hat and the placement of the bats Blends it into your arm instead of just a hard Edge it looks really nice! I agree with you, you did not look happy in your videos or when you were with Jay. I was wondering if there was an issue with the two of you. Not that it's my business. Just want you to be happy. Do what you have to do. :) And not sure what you say you "have" to do UA-cam. Why can't you quit if you want? If you are not happy, don't do it. You have to be the priority, not UA-cam videos.

Cris, as someone who has always lived with a sense of Connectedness with the Natural World, it IS important to listen to your Inner Voice.
I know as a Spiritual Person you will understand the ideas of being Centered and Living in Balance.
There is SO MUCH about our modern world that strives daily to “Knock us OUT of Balance”. So much Negativity and Negative Energy out there, impinging on our lives, trying to destroy our sense of Self, Inner Peace and Calm. It is a constant struggle to keep these Negative Energies at bay and not allow them to impinge upon our lives.
Do what YOU need to do to regain your Centeredness and Inner Peace and Calm. There are just too many people out there seeking to destroy our Sense of Calm-don’t let them.
There is a famous quote, “To Care for Others, you must first Care for Yourself.”
Don’t forget that. I hope that you can regain your Inner Peace and Spiritual Strength again. Find what works for YOU and don’t listen to the Negative people that would try to make you as miserable as they are.
Take care of yourself. Stay Centered, replenish your Inner Light, and find the way in this chaotic world that works for you. Peace be with you.
