Please contact the vendor if this is still under warranty. or search for Honeywell service center near your town. If all else don't work contact electronic repair shops nearby. It is fairly easy to fix.

you have to remove the ring surrounding the glass section

try cleaning the piezo electric buzzer if still not loud replace it
