I rarely fly on planes, I flown three times in my life and two of those trips were with Aurigny in their dornier 228 on the same route!! Fnatasic seeing this video, thanks :D
I dont mean to be offtopic but does anybody know a way to get back into an instagram account? I was dumb forgot the account password. I would love any help you can offer me
@Noe Bryce Thanks so much for your reply. I found the site thru google and Im in the hacking process now. Looks like it's gonna take quite some time so I will reply here later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
Very interesting TR! I didn't believe Aurigny had Dornier still in its fleet. I liked the subtitles as well, very detailed. Thanks for sharing and thumbs up for you!
Hah, i remember flying on Aurigny Islanders in thr 70's, each passenger was weighed and allocted a seat! (Max of 6 passengers i believe, and often one of them sat next to the pilot!) The good old days
It has been quite a long time since your last video, and it's amazing to see you come back with a very unique and awesome flight report. Huge thumb up for this video 😄👍
Yes, sorry I have been away for a while but I have lots of videos which will be coming up in the next few weeks! Thanks again for the like, I’m glad you enjoyed it!
Did you say that the aircraft is extremely loud? This is very disappointing since my company was thinking of purchasing 2 of these to replace loud twin otters
Both Southampton and Alderney airports are much better than mad chaotic Bristol airport.
Very nice Airports and a marvelous Flight..... Like a Privat Aircraft !!!
I love our flights coming back to my place of birth glad I moved back xxx

Thanks, appreciate it!
The dorniers are new! They were brought in to take over from the Trislanders that were retired 2017
@@csaviation9013 thank you for your info!

I was lucky I got the seat next the pilot flying in Jersey from Guernsey ;)
Loved flying DO228's for a living. I had a fantastic 9 years with Cobham (FR Aviation).

Great video! Suprised an airline is using such small aircraft if you think about Emirates and their A380's!
The trislander was even smaller.
I don’t think that an A380 would finish braking in time before it went over the cliff.
How many people can boarding on the DC228
Did you say that the aircraft is extremely loud? This is very disappointing since my company was thinking of purchasing 2 of these to replace loud twin otters
Yay!! Thanks for the video
Glad you enjoyed it!
Was the cabin presurrised?
These planes can land on bad runways , they require less than 800m to take off and less than 600m to land.
not as good as the trislanders, they were definitively the ultimate island hopper
I guess it doesn't have a toilet on board? I'd be no good!
riding an airplane with a red cut marks indicator on it can be exciting.
They all have them, it's just not so obvious on a large one. 😉
Why is it english, the channel?!
Because they speak English in the Channel Islands, and it is made by an Englishman.
@@ciudad-del-mar I ment the english channel kkkk why not french or something else?why english? You bought it for yourselfs?
@@LFMC1 The Wikipedia page for the English channel gives some insight
@@LFMC1 What does that have to do with an Aurigny Dornier 228?
@@ciudad-del-mar Are you dumb? Nothing obviously!
