This soundtrack was blessed to use by a musical genius, Manabu Naimiki, who is memory serves me right, works for Cave these days. But Cave seems to have stopped making arcade games. You must not stop Cave, you must continue to make last bosses that are harder than your last game. As for this game, it is bliss, but sadly expensive on the Saturn. I was however fortunate to get Kingdom Grandprix on the Saturn for a nice price ($20), not my favorite Raizing game (Garegga is, well ahead of Armed Police Batrider, and Battle Bakraid), but has a nice diverse cast that were guests in this game (hidden), and were in 3 games of their own (Mahou Daisakusen, Shippu Mahou Daisakusen, known as Kingdom Grand Prix, and Dimahoo).
I like this video's recording of "Blood Brothers in the Dawn" better than other versions on UA-cam. Somehow this recording properly captures the combination of percussive beats and beeps in the background, which seem inaudible on other UA-cam videos of the same version of the same song.
Daniel McCormick It's all about emulation and audio mastering...or in the case of official CD's, the master which the CD's are from and how it is made.
It's only just a ton of reverb added to the music. The japanese absolutely love adding copious amounts of reverb to all FM synth VGM music. This has comparably little reverb, and that's how it actually makes the music sound way better, instead of ruining it, if you add too much.
