    I know you guys Like the car content but my family loves this golf cart. I wanted to lower the golf car so bad but nobody makes a kit and I didn't have time to fab up my own(or the equipment) I decided I never lift anything so why not the golf cart. It is a Club car DS. The lift is a 6" Steeleng and all in all is not a bad kit. I also did new 12" wheels with 22 X 9.5 Tires. In the video I show you how to install the 6" lift and wheel tire combo. I also show the install of a New tinted front windshield. Not very tinted by the way!!
    If you want to separate yourself from all the other golf carts out there then this is for you. Have a Pimp golf cart that looks different that all the others. Truly transform your Club car into something unique and different. Look like a Baller at the golf course or in your neighborhood lol. Hit the comments and let me know what you think.....

    Really enjoyed the video. And I really appreciated how you explained everything and then showed us, step-by-step. It's very informative and very helpful. I am getting ready to lift the exact same cart and I'm a little intimidated by the fact that they don't give you very much when it comes to the instructions. So I'm very glad that I came across your video, lots of insight for myself. Nice job on the lift, the cart looks fantastic !!

    It's all about modifying, and figuring out what you like, cause you actually have the experience!
    Looks good, let's see how it holds up to that abuse... ;)

    I love it. I just got one a couple weeks ago. It’s a camp with off road tires and was already lifted and I think I need a stabilizer bar because it’s a bit squirreley but not horrible. You have helped me a lot to know what went into it so I should have no problem putting in a stabilizer bar knowing what’s all underneath there. Great video I really enjoyed it. Thanks

    Love the look of the wheels and lift. To me it looks like they sent you an untinted windshield. It came out sweet!

    Turned out great. Love the look. Glad to see you went with polished wheels instead of black. You can order custom 2 tone staple on seat covers. That would finish it off perfect! I would do tan with a green insert.

    Nice look. Good video speed. You should find the tie rod has two flat spots on the center section above the bracket to put a 1/2" wrench so the castle nut removed.

    Although I see some people complaining that you aren't working on the other projects, like my favorite WS-6, I enjoy all your content. How often am I going to be able to do a suspension modification on a golf cart, probably never? So, although I'd love to have that project to play with, time and money only allow me to watch you doing it. It would be awesome to be your neighbor. Keep up what you are doing, I look forward to all your videos!

      Lowering can be done with stock parts and very little cash out lay, on a DS anyway. I've done it a couple times.

    How did this effect the stability? Like you my kids drive the cart and I'm worried they will flip it the day after I lift it. Also do you find this lift kit is better than others? Any regrets?

    Did you have any issues with driver side brake line being really tight after this lift? I just did mines and I had to remove the driver side brake line cable hanger because it was so tight and the brakes were really sensitive and unable to use. They feel better after removing that hanger but the line now hangs a little low.

    • @TWAMotorsports
      @TWAMotorsports  3 роки тому

      I didn't have that issue. I did have issues with the ground strap on the engine though

    • @jhernandez13
      @jhernandez13 3 роки тому

      @@TWAMotorsports so you were able to leave the brake line hanger up on both sides? I’ll have to look again to see if I can get it clipped again. Thanks for the reply.
