I just got one and I couldn’t be more impressed with it. This will go down as a Yamaha classic
Pol Tarrés aproves this review 🤣This bike is a tank
RV 👊🏻🇺🇸
Someone introduce him to Pol’s videos lol
Don’t knock it till ya try it!
Wow, gnarly rocks. Log jumps, hill climbs, pivot turns, actual "gnarly single track"... I didn't see any of this footage here, but great commercial. Bet you guys had fun making it lol.
The Std 700 needs alot of work to set it up for dirt. Std Suspension is terrible & the front bottoms out in a heartbeat. They also need good Dirt tyres like the Pirelli Rally Race F & R. Remove the Rubber inserts from the foot pegs & armour it up so you dont have expensive damage to repair. I like the bike but I've got numerous bolt on's to make it nice to ride & safer in the dirt.
The front fender ruins it for me. I had a Honda with that same style fender and somehow a rock rolled up between the tire and fender and i had a high speed crash because of it and ive never ridden another vike with that front fender. I did see this model like this with a more normal dirt bike style fender and wanted one but my local dealer told me that cant be ordered with one so i gave up on it
They make high fender kits with it but the bikes don't come oem with them. I believe the T7 extreme model does but it's not available in the US.
Camel ADV makes a lot of functional upgrade parts for the T7, high fender kit is one of many.
Really, a fender?
This kinda feels like 'i choked on water once so now I don't drink water anymore'. If this is all that is holding you back, buy a high fender kit. Yamaha sells them for just a few bucks. But, if you actually even considered buying this bike you would have found out by yourself.
Another Yamaha Infomercial....
RV made the heavy pig look good though. I’d buy a plated enduro before this myself, I have no interest in riding any motorcycle on the freeway.
Pretty much every moto video review on UA-cam is a commercial for a brand. That is why they give out press bikes.
Would love to see it on a SX Track! Serious.
I’ve ridden most of Hollister Hills on mine no problem. Better tires and minor suspension adjustment and it rips. Then I ride it home forty miles on two lane roads.
Ryan keep doing this content around America with T7!!!! Sick!!!
Ryan could ride a 3 legged donkey through the alps and make it look easy
Non è facile per quelli che hanno paura 😊
I rid your mum and that wasn’t easy 🤢
what's up with that rear wheel chatter at 1:36 mark?
If RV can do it so can you lol 😂 but for real, great video and you can’t beat Yamaha quality. Ktms 790/890 are now being produced in china.. and they are already having engine issues. Cams journals are falling..
Screw all those heavy pigs. Just get a plated dirtbike and have fun.
Yep and my 2024 KTM 790 rips , just sayin, don't no from experience but I here the tener, sucks, however I do think RV is rad , but he's also gettin paid to boost sales cause KTM is kicking it's ass!!
@@vernreinking7286 absolutely, ktms are definitely more ideal to buy with all of their accessories that they come with ( I own to ktms now. 2022Ktm 350xcf and a 2019 300xc
890R is not made in china.
You clearly don't know what you are talking about. The 790 is made in China and the 890 will remain Austrian made.
I spent a large percentage of my life as a motorcycle dealer and every once in a while a bike comes out that the popularity and sales make no sense. This is one of those bikes, there are other bikes just as capable and in some cases even better. There are some very skilled riders do some very technical stuff on the T7, those same riders could the same thing on some other mid weight ADV bikes. Bikes that offer more and the same price, this would have been a phenomenal $8000 bike.
What other bikes are as capable and same price??
It's great but you can't get the Extreme version in the United States. Lame.
The T7 WR & T7 Extreme still need work to make them nice in the Dirt. They are Better but still not good. Suspension work is a bare minimum
I've ridden all over Taylor Park and the surrounding area. A big, heavy, adventure bike would be the last bike I'd want to be on...unless you stay strictly on the FS roads.
I am sorry bud. That bike y rediculess too talll and top heavy . !!!! . they got to make on 4" lower too. !! Nobody likes them anymore now . !
