They mounted the spinning light on top of, essentially, a wheelbarrow. Headlight and camera mounted too. Made it easier to move about indoors. But, for the reflections... In the impossible shots (pinball n star wars) they just sat the wheelbarrow in front of a projection screen
I agree we shouldn't. But I would say that she gave birth to a detective with his entire apparitus. The car was like The Peel with a policeman in hot pursuit. Just doing his job
I recall that there were Quite a few Huge, outsized Pinball Machines built in the 80's, mostly As Gimmicks or Attractions! Really Huge, Larger than many Station Wagons of that Era! ❤😮🧐👌👍💟💫
What more interesting , is how the hell they got half the footage for this, like the waterslide or Bobsleigh, and the Pinball machine, Remind you, this is 40 years old, and it looks fantastic, better than modern stuff even, They probably made a life sized Pinball course to film those 5 seconds.

Agreed. The Tv series was way funnier because everybody was an idiot and everyone in the show accepted it. But in the movies only Frank was the idiot and everyone else was normal. It just didn’t work.
Can we appreciate the effort to get the reflections right on the roof of this thing, in EVERY scene? Even the Trench Run?
I thought it was an actual scaled down car replica that they used on sets ? That way the reflections would always be correct

Creio que seja o reflexo da tela em uma superfície espelhada. As cenas certamente foram gravadas antes.
De todo modo, são sensacionais!
they actually went to the death star to film it
I can actually see it now thx@@Spongebathe830
I don’t know why I love “The Final Insult” as a subtitle so much, but I do. It just sounds so epic.
It’s so bad it’s actually excellent
I read that they were originally going to call it: Naked Gun 33 1/3-Just For The Record, but they were afraid the audience wouldn’t get the reference.
As someone who wasn't present, I can confirm that Leslie Niselsen was born driving in a police car with lights and sirens out of the womb.
How has this not been memed into oblivion?
@Channel Name GTA video games does this
Family guy did this intro as well,
Love this classic ridiculous humor
Fred Ward died today. Rest in peace to him and the other two villains Ricardo Montalbán and Robert Goulet.
As well as Richard Griffiths and Peter Mark Richman..
@@scottylewis8124
Let's not forget Leslie Nielsen!
And the still alive O.J. Simpson.
And Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II herself.
As well as president George H. W. Bush.
Are we ignoring that a mother gave birth to a car?
I agree we shouldn't. But I would say that she gave birth to a detective with his entire apparitus. The car was like The Peel with a policeman in hot pursuit. Just doing his job
People are still trying to figure out how some idjits are born?
@@GodTheSupremeBeing6878 Bro, you ok? it's a comedy movie.
@@GodTheSupremeBeing6878 You have yet, to learn, how to laugh.
It’s the long-awaited sequel to My Mother The Car, i guess: My Son The Car
thank you to whoever made this compliation
Love how they even have sparks flying as the car scrapes the side of the skyscraper during 33 1/3's Aerial shot.
Nooo, you cut out Zsa Zsa Gabor slapping the lamp! 😭
I went back and forth a FASBERGAZILION nights.. praying to god nobody would notice but now I feel free
Brings back memories going to the cinema with my father.
i cracked up so hard when it came out of the womb
He even got into Star Destroyer Base lol xD
I was like 10 years old when I saw it on the cinema. People lost their shit when that scene appeared 🤣🤣🤣
nah drebin actually flew right into polybius world!
I sure hope they release the raw footage of these someday!
I love the first intro it’s so good for the 80s
Did that T. Rex just quack? LMAO!
was more likely laughing
Alright boys, wheel in... The Cart! (Siren starts and cart moves!, this song plays)
I miss this kind of humor. Sight gags you miss because you're laughing too hard and don't catch until you re-watch.
The bit where it’s born gets me in tears every time😂😂😂
Funniest movie intros ever. Especially when the girls appear.
0:50 you can see the shadow of the camera and the rig they used to film it 🤣
I was wondering how they film it, still don't know how they did the pinball one

Wow! Good eye!!
Land of the Lost moment at the end of 33 1/3 (70s and 80s kids will know).
That wasn't land of the lost, that was Jurassic park, cause of the electronic fence.
I always got a kick out of the fact that the car is going into places that are impossible in real life and doing improbable things.
"Leslie, where have you been driving?"
The original GoPro

Interesting how the 3rd film has the longest one.
Pretty awesome intros but the first one is the best.
Agreed. The later two were a little TOO ridiculous. Still love 'em, though.

Okay so I guess the police squad were instrumental in fighting against the Empire?
GOOD TV TIMES
I wonder if this holds the world record for longest film series
I think it’s funny how the first intro on this list is the original speed but 2 1/2 and 33 1/3 is PAL pitched
A hard -hitting , two-fisted series.
This intro is a lot funnier then the whole movie itself 😂😂😂
Agreed. The Tv series was way funnier because everybody was an idiot and everyone in the show accepted it. But in the movies only Frank was the idiot and everyone else was normal. It just didn’t work.
Agreed 🍺🍻😜
The first one is legend, the second one is cool, but the third one is the glory of trash!
Tonight's episode pulling over Zsa Zsa Gabors Car
