There should be higher maintenance fees for Airbnb units than non Airbnb units. Higher maintenance caused by Airbnb units should not be spread across other units

The quality of modern buildings is so poor that they require high maintenance fees just to fix the subpar construction.

Mine was 3% last year and this year targeting 1%. It really depends on the condo.

Airbnb could be restricted by the board, therefore enforced by management.
maintenance fees are for cap ex. not "cleaning"
What a great idea never thought of it like this even a tenant unit should be slightly higher but air n b 50% higher.

Yeah right, higher condo fees is good sign because you get to sell more as people try to offload and eventually lowering the price 🎉🎉🎉
