Love the titanium color change. But the red glow on the header is indicative of a LEAN running condition. If you go full exhaust system you must remap the ECU to compensate, as increased airflow is causing it to run hotter than it's designed to and can damage internal components!
It’s gonna fry your valves since a lot of heat flows back into the engine
@@YZFMANIAC08 and it will damage the ecu because membrane in the ecu gets heated from the exhaust

@@gabrielelisei9935 this applies to all combustion engines, fuel injected or carb'd. You can run an open exhaust without changing the fuel ratios, but it will run poorly until you adjust the AFR (air fuel ratio) to a more appropriate amount. You really need to abuse it before it is seriously dangerous, but the machine will be far better with appropriate AFR after any mods which change the stock air flow
Ecu is still locked for this bike so can't tune it (yet)
This is just one of those bikes that the older it gets, the better it looks.
I've just ordered the full system for mine today 😁 so excited! Will definitely be getting it remapped too

Did you notice any loss? I put the full system S1-GP, and in low and medium revolutions it lost something, although not too much. Sounds great 😊

If you will start up under windows, then yes, but when the revs are reduced, during normal riding, the exhaust will not be extremely loud.

If you do not do a flashing, then this will not affect the warranty. I'm pretty sure, but check.
@@TheWestamur but without flashing a full pipe can damage the engine as o researched. Not a mechanic engineer but there is a strong logic

Is there a link to this full system for the CB1000R Black Edition 2021 ? Cant seem to find it on your website but its on this bike .. Still waiting for Honda to release the ECU for mapping & its now 2022 near end lol..
The full system for 2021/22 Black Edition is exactly same as for 2020 CB1000R

Where did you get the header? I'm trying to look at SC Project website and I can't find a header for 2021-22 model. I wonder if the SCP titanium header for 2020 model fits to black edition
This is a 2020 exhaust model including header. Fits perfect on 2021 Black Edition.

Z900 or CB1000R?
Both are great bikes! I've got a 20 cb1000r and my friend has a 21 z900. We swapped bikes for a 2 hour ride through some maintains and we each had a blast. Both have some up's and down like anything. I found the z900s tuning/power down low felt better but the cb's top end was definitely faster. A tune and exhaust should make the cb perfect to me at least

Nothing was done. Good engine performance in all gears. Nothing is needed for a regular riding. Maybe only if for the race track

Very frustrating to see someone OVER REVVING an unloaded motor like this just to see flames shooting out the back. SO BAD FOR THAT MOTOR DOING THAT!!!
