Add it to a mould lined with parchment paper. Add salt to your @stahl_india Xpress Pressure Cooker & place a stand. Remove the whistle & preheat it with the lid on for 5 minutes. Place the mould in the cooker, cover with the lid & let it cook on low heat for 15-20 minutes till the cheesecake is cooked. Remove from the cooker, let it slightly cool demould and dig in.!
