      @@nivyadevaraj1005 120 gms cream cheese
      50 gms curd
      70 ml condensed milk
      12 gms milk powder
      20 gms cornflour
      1/2 tsp vanilla essence
      1/8 tsp baking powder
      60 ml fresh cream
      Pinch of salt
      Add the cream cheese to a bowl & soften it. Add the hung curd, condensed milk, cream, vanilla essence & mix it well. Add in the milk powder, cornflour, baking powder, salt & whisk till there are no lumps. Add it to a mould lined with parchment paper. Add salt to your @stahl_india Xpress Pressure Cooker & place a stand. Remove the whistle & preheat it with the lid on for 5 minutes. Place the mould in the cooker, cover with the lid & let it cook on low heat for 15-20 minutes till the cheesecake is cooked. Remove from the cooker, let it slightly cool demould and dig in.!

      @@Cookingvideos-o8w how to check if the cake is cooked ? like the "toothpick stick test" won't work here right?
