great video
Thank you for this video Sir! At around 1:50 you mention low frequency stim. What is an example of low Hz for atrophied gastroc? What is an exaple of low (25Hz)? I am in desperate need of this as both of my gastroc's are at a fraction of what they should be due to injured nerves prior to a surgery for degenerative spondulolysthis of L-5, S-1. Essentiall I heel walk do to know power in the calves. Any help would be greatly appriciated. Best Regards, Jim
If the nerves are damaged then you may struggle even with muscle stim but you should start with the lowest frequency that gets a visible contraction twitch then build the frequency up as the contraction gets stronger. So for example endorphic TENS (2-10H), then build to endurance (10-14HZ), then up to disuse atrophy (35-45HZ), then Resistance (50-60HZ), then strength (75-90HZ) then explosive strength at 104-111HZ)
Is this faradic or galvanic stimulation?
Can you please put Turkish subtitles in your videos?
