Plz make building model in sketch up import plan from autocad then export the model to Lumion, apply material, rendering in Lumion. It will be more helpful

I used both of lumion and escape .
lumion is excellent for fast exterior renders but little bit tricky in the interior
enscape in the other hand deliver excellent quality interior renders in short time
