Aren’t 150mm thick external walls too thin? Aren’t they meant to be min 300mm, or is that a UK thing?
yes for brick walls a thickness of 150mm is enough but if it supports more weight it must be 200-300mm thicker

Too much waste of space in this size. Good looking though, but I prefer the split-level design.
