Best Beef Broccoli Stir Fry

Beef and broccoli stir fry is one of the most popular item in take out restaurants and its so easy to make at home. The secret is tender beef and the sauce.
INGREDIENTS
2 lb Sirloin Tip, thin cut
1 Tbs Corn starch
1 Tsp Baking soda
1 Tbs Soy sauce
1 Tsp Rice wine vinegar
2 Tbs Vegetable oil
For the sauce
1 Tbs Hoisin sauce
1 Tbs soy sauce ( Tamari )
1 Tbs Rice wine vinegar
1 Tsp Honey
1/2 Tsp Ground black pepper
1Tbs Garlic, chopped
1 Tbs Ginger, thin julienne
Pinch Red pepper flakes
2.5 Cups Broccoli, cut into florets
4 Scallions, cut into batons ( cut into 4 )
Scallions greens to garnish
