- I've never never taught a year where at least one kid wasn't convinced they were an animal of some sort. Well... We've had a few dragons over the years and a vampire once but I'll save that story for another time.

I had a friend like this in elementary school, his name was Bobby Owens and every day during recess he would crouch underneath the playground and howl while scratching people with his “claws” (which were just pencils taped to the back of his fingers). He moved to Tennessee between the summer of 5th and 6th grade. That was nearly 7 years ago. Never heard anything about him afterward. Honestly, this might actually be one of the most accurate videos on UA-cam.

Please do a horse girl video! 🐴 I remember them in my third grade class and it was a trip!! I could never play anything with them at recess besides horses. They constantly drew pictures of horses and tried to eat grass.

@@joe_dombrowski Admin didn't think it was an emergency. (Obvi) My little cat was a feisty one too! One day she raised her human voice and declared, "You're...you're...FIRED!!!" because she had to wait a turn to read with me. I was quickly rehired, don't worry.
This was me at age 6. I’m 33 now my family still likes to bring it up.
This is so real! I had a cat girl in my first year. She would curl up under her desk licking the back of her hands (keep in mind my first year was last year so this is 2020 pandemic world) and hiss at you if you tried to make her do any work
I actually was that kid... and I used to chase my grandma's chickens and terrorize my dog and my cousins.
I unlocked that memory and I'll probably be self shaming for the rest of the day.

Had a student who was a cat girl. She was cool. I made her a litter box hall pass to go potty and she loved it. But it was weird. Really weird. Parents were normal but encouraged it. Ok maybe they weren’t normal.
