Well it pretty much exists. There's an old anime called Air Gear which is about kids with high powered skates just like Jet Set Radio. And the music is by Skank Funk who is actually Hideki Naganuma in disguise!!!!

i remember the first time i ever played jet set radio for the sega dreamcast. i loved it so much it. i even bought and played jet set radio future which i also loved. this was the game that got me into art and drawing. this song brought back so many memories, you did great on this. i just wish they made a 3rd game
