Estonia purchased 100 NMS 4x4 armored vehicles - Turkish defense industry - Alar Karis army military

Nurol Makina, one of the military land vehicle manufacturers of the Turkish defense industry, meets the needs of more than 20 countries with its innovative and high-tech products.
Nurol contributes to the development of domestic and national defense technologies by attaching great importance to R&D activities.
The company produces vehicles that provide superiority over its competitors in its class, such as Yörük, Ejder Yalçın, Ilgaz, Ejder TOMA, Ejder Kunter.
Nurol Makina achieves great success not only in Türkiye but also internationally. To date, the company has delivered more than 1700 vehicles to more than 20 countries. Users in the Middle East, Africa, Asia and Europe include countries such as Qatar, Hungary, Malaysia, Chile, Senegal, Tunisia and Niger.
Finally, Estonia was added to these countries. 100 Yörük 4x4 (NMS 4X4) vehicles will be delivered to the Estonian army within 1 year.
During his visit to Türkiye, Estonian President Alar Karis went to Nurol Makina facilities and received information about the vehicles.
During his visit, Karis said that they preferred Nurol Makina to meet the needs of defense forces worldwide due to its quality products, sustainability and fast delivery times.
Emphasizing that fast delivery time is especially important for them, Karis stated that the geopolitical and security situation in their region has become more tense than it has been for decades.
Pointing out that security challenges are expected to increase in the near future, Karis made complimentary evaluations about the Turkish defense industry and the Yörük vehicle.
The 11-passenger version of YÖRÜK 4X4 armored vehicles will be exported to Estonia. Thus, this version of the vehicle will be used for the first time. Various mission equipment in the inventory will be placed on the vehicles that will be adapted to the specific needs of the Estonian army.
With its longer wheelbase, the vehicle allows for a larger interior compartment and increased carrying capacity. The expanded space allows the placement of additional equipment, personnel or special modules tailored to specific tasks. The interior can be customized to suit different operational needs.
Estonia became the 6th country and the 3rd NATO member to choose the YÖRÜK vehicle.
