It's crazy, I was just talking to my son about how excited for this game I am. And he made a comment how he's gone his whole school life waiting for GTA 6..been playing GTA 5 the whole time! Crazy it's been that long! Also, I'm not worried at ALL, people are just assuming at this point. It's rockstar, they don't put out garbage and they would NEVERRRRR let GTA come out when it's not ready and looking amazing.
It is crazy, I was 13 when GTA V released, one year into secondary school and I’ll be 25 in December. It’s been so long and I can’t wait for this game. Rockstar never misses.
To be fair, they said those same words about every single developer that fell from grace. It’s fine to be excited, but remember to regulate your hype (and never pre-order).

This game has been made for 11 years 11 YEARS!!! ofc this game is gonna work it's being made by rockstar games a multi billion dollers company that's been making games since 1988 and he's not wrong we have to leave 30 fps behind it's bullshit that we are still carrying 30 fps even in 2024 120 fps now a thing 60 fps should be standard 30 fps is not unplayable it's a unpleasant experience it's definitely playable just unpleasant.
@@shabs4144look past the 60fps. There’s a reason rockstar is doing it. The game is going to be so realistic, so unbelievably detailed and will have so much going on at one time that it would be pushing the consoles to the total limit. Giving a game twice the frame rate will reduce how good everything will look, and how much power the console dedicates to environments, NPCs, physics etc. This game is going to be mind blowing.

I doubt we’ll get the next trailer in April. However, I do think they’ll drop it in May, most likely right before their next quarterly meeting. And I believe they will to release for early 2025. So far everything that’s been confirmed seems to be pointing towards that time.
Just so you know Wes they also stated they think it may run at 60 on PC but they aren’t guaranteeing that since they are pushing all hardware as hard as it can go, so even PC is at best a 50% chance of it running at 60FPS at 4K. So roughly almost everyone will be in the same or similar boat so to speak. Oh and I hate 30fps it looks horrid on bigger sized TVs all together, I seriously hope there’s a fidelity mode so we can choose to run it in performance for the 60fps and the quality so if you really want that 4K but be locked at 30fps

A 4090 can run at least (or hopefully) 70 - 80+ fps on 4k. It just depends on what cpu you own so it won’t bottleneck the gpu. PC’s are far far different than consoles. Oh and one more thing, it’s gonna release in 2025. More gpus by then will be stronger than the 40 series.
Not gonna be enough for GTA 6 which is probably around 220gb and has many open interiors with minimal loading screens.@@Grim-dq9ol

Plague Tale Requiem on ps5 has 30fps graphics mode and 60 fps mode I assume this will be the case. As long as we all have a way to turn of giga raytracing on the console we will be perfect.

Does anyone else notice the official trailer was running in 30fps? Obviously, we are going to get GTA 6 in 30fps because GTA 5 was in 30fps for over 12 years but had performance RT at 60fps and performance at 60fps. People trying to say that the PS5 Pro will do great knowing 10% CPU clock increase is 0.1ghrz less than Series X. I want GTA 6 to look amazing at 30fps because it wouldn't matter about this during a single player.

@@keyong1100Will be truly surprising if it doesn’t get delayed but if RDR 2 and GTA 5 are anything to go by is that a delay could be likely. I expect that in April with the back to office mandate some devs might be leaving Rockstar for not being able to make it to work due to distance issues which will cause the game to be possibly be delayed.

PS7 and Xbox 6 will be able to run this game at 60-120fps in 8K because 2028 is a PS6 and Xbox 5 time and 6 years after might bost PS7 and Xbox 6 running with new tech then being able to push things to the max 8K @ 120fps until GTA 7 pushing 8K @ 60 fps and 3 year cycle adding GTA 7 @ 16k @ 60 and 8K @ 240fps then 3 years that would go 16K @ 240fps standard with 1000fps being way to fastbas we all know from pc experience

Not to run at 60fps on the PS5 Pro, I'd assume they mean at the 4K settings. I wouldn't expect it to be totally looked at 30fps, they'd more than likely have a performance mode that takes down the graphic fidelity to promote a boost to the fps. Or the player could simply opt to go down to 1440 or 1080. The performance thing is slightly worrying especially if the new mid-life upgrade on the consoles are struggling to run this game.

Same reason you probably won’t want to spend $2000 on a single PC component. Limitations. Sure you could in theory get GTA 6 to run 60fps on ps5 but at the expense of graphical features or resolution which Rockstar or even the people don’t want to compromise on so you get a good looking game at a decent frame rate on an affordable piece of hardware. What I don’t get is that people expect something like the ps5 to even be able to push 60 FPS at 8k resolution. Lol. It can hardly push 60 at 4k especially if it’s a graphically demanding game and that’s with the native resolution being upscaled to 4k from 1440p or something. How do people expect a $500 console from 4 years ago to perform at the same level as a $5000 PC from today?
